The DownUnder Centre is bankrupt and owes hundreds of thousands of pounds to people it can not pay and you can see this in the company accounts they filed at companies house. They then were banned from processing skills assessments to Australia which used to earn them money. So they started an immigration company called DUCV or Downunder centre visas. Richard Gregan formed this with Wes Zandt while Wes is banned or disqualified from being a Director in the U.K. to act as a Director or manager is a criminal offence which carries a two year prison sentence. Richard Gregan is also committing a crime for allowing his business partner to act as a manager/Director knowing this. He also knows the Downunder Centre is insolvent and Richard claims to be the principle compliance officer in an attempt to make it sound like they care about the law while committing their crime. Gregan also owns OE Visas or Overseas Emigration Visas and Ian Harrap both Australian immigration agencies just like DUCV. He has partnered with Wes as act of greed, destroying his reputation and any little credibility he ever had. You can search Companies House online for disqualified Directors or search Wes Zandt and it will come up on the UK government website, you can also search the site for the companies latest accounts which show it is hundreds of thousands of pounds in the red, unable to pay its bills and is insolvent. That is probably why Richard Gregan thought he would take advantage of the terrible situation. Together they are now acting as criminals and all for greed. I hope they get punished and sent to prison where criminals belong. I tried to secure a refund from them and was going to take them to small claims court and that is why I did this research on the company. Now I am going to the Police instead. It is important I tell everyone what I have discovered so they do not become a victim like me.
