DOXO is a third party bill pay company whos ceo is Stepham H. Shivers of Bellview Washington who operates and creates false web pages to resemble mortgage institutions and utility companies to dupe folks when trying to pay a bill online.
This company (DOXO) create these pages to look like the insitution you are dealing with.
They collect your info and then direct you to a "submit" page. . On that page they ask for 64.00 to do the service. EVEN when you DO NOT SUBMIT the payment they process it anyway..
They do not respond to phone calls other than prviding email information that they claim will be answered in 48 hours.
there are alot of nagative comments on the web from people they dupe.
additional to this i have contacted the Attorney General of the state oe Washigton.
THIS IS A WARNING NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN SEATTLE WASINGTON.
