Doxy Lingerie, Jennifer Lutke Did not send items still charged credit card will not respond to emails no phone contact Ripoff Internet

I placed an order with Doxy Lingerie and the order was processed on 11/25/06. The shipment came in good time...However, not all of the items were in the package.

The website said the items were in stock, yet they did not get shipped with the initial order. My credit card was charged in full. I sent an email to their customer support and received no response. Four tries later, no response.

I did a google search for "Doxy Lingerie Phone" in hopes of finding a contact number, but to no avail. There is no physical address nor phone number to reach this Jennifer Lutke as I found out was here name. She seems quite notorious on RipOffReport.com.

Do yourself a favor and just go to the mall and buy whatever you need...or a trusted website. It has been close to a month with no attempt to contact me. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and now I'm out around $100.

I hope this woman gets what is coming to her...if you did this to people on the street, you'd go to jail. It shouldn't be any different for her.
