My jaw dropped after reading all these testimonials from ripped off consumers! I too, had the same horrible experiences with the owner of the doxy lingerie website, JENNIFER LUTKE, in Oct 04, only I was ripped off from her other website Jenns Jammies and Jennifers Boutique. It was a complete nightmare dealing with such a malicious business owner!
In Oct, I placed my order online for over $600 worth of lingerie for my wedding.Her website says most things ship within a week (2-3 at latest), which is a complete lie. I get a confirmation email that day. Ten days later, I email her (she doesn't have a phone number that you can call) requesting a shipment status. She replies it'll ship out that week.
THREE weeks later,I email her again telling her I haven't received my order & request a shipping number.I also mention that if I don't get a tracking # from her, that I would have my credit card co. reverse the charge. I email again asking for a shipping #, the owner ignores my email,so I have the charge reversed.
By late NOVEMBER, Canada Post attempts her extremely tardy delivery, and I refuse it (as recommended by my credit card co). Jennifer Lutke the owner finds out about the reversal of the charge & she emails me threatening to file a police report against me.I email her outlining all of my correspondences to her, and she then threatens to have her "lawyer husband" sue me for lingerie that I never had.
If that wasn't bad enough, she threatens me this time with filing a fraud claim against me claiming that I had my credit card company reverse a higher amount than what she charged me!
I am apalled that Jennifer Lutke, owner of doxy lingerie, jenns jammies, and jennifers boutique online, is and is still able to operate her businesses to this day. Where are the consumers' rights? I noticed she has responded to other peoples' complaints against her, and threatened them as well with law suits. Shame on you Jennifer Lutke.You should be disgusted with yourself.

It is really sad that you ignore so many customers' emails requesting the status of their order (look how many people have posted complaints about you!) & you spend so much time on THIS website responding to everyone's complaints about your online companies.
What everyone reading this should know is that you ILLEGALLY charged my credit card $600 TWICE for merchandise of yours that I NEVER HAD IN MY POSSESSION! You also know that I have documentation for everything I have claimed thus far.
If you are using the excuse that customs has held up everyone's delivery, then it is YOUR responsibility to let all your customers know that, instead of being such a money hungry merchant & charging them for Halloween costumes that YOU know won't get to them on time. It is also shady of you not to have a direct phone # for people to inquire about their orders. And it's even more appalling that you ignore so many peoples' emails since they have no other way to contact you (and it's everyone saying the same thing about you)... oh wait! you seem to be on THIS website on a daily basis - maybe this is how customers should get a hold of you!!
You make yourself look really bad when you make feeble excuses and blame the customer for things gone wrong. And even worse when you cross the line and charge people's credit cards illegally for merchandise that they do not have.

I kept in constant contact with you regarding your order. The issue with your order wasn't that you received the funds back on your credit card, it was that you received them back twice. I had to work it out with your credit card company to get my money back, because you wouldn't admit that you had made an extra $600. Because both I, and your credit card company refunded you. Yes, we have had some issues, but I have never ripped anyone off. Part of the issue with your order was that because of the size of it, customs had to go through it. I have had orders coming to me from suppliers in Canada that have been held up for weeks in customs. Is that their fault? No. Thank you.
