I placed an order from doxylingerie.com on Sept. 14, 2006 today is Sept 24, 2006, I have tried everything to get in contact with them. I ordered a Nurse Halloween Costume worth 62.95 incluiding shipping, I started getting worried once I got the email confirmation stating they recieved my order, I printed that email with my order #. After 4 days of checking the status with the link they sent me I wrote to Sales@DoxyLingerie.com and nothing.

So I wrote to them one more time giving them the benefit of the doubt, and no answer so I wrote to there stock email and nothing, finally I wrote to there customer service at CustomerSupport@DoxyLingerie.com and still no response. So i decided to call my bank after I read over 60 customers have been ripped off, and I am now working with bank to refund my money, all I want is to have cooperation from the owner Jennifer.

I assume this customer didn't realize that she had ordered a non-stock costume, which our website explains that it takes 7-14 business days to ship non-stock merchandise. Per customers request, their order was cancelled.

After I read Mary from California rip off report. So I decided to email all three email addresses posted on doxy lingerie's website stating that I am canceling my order and then I got an automatic email stating:"*URGENT* We are currently experiencing difficulties accessing our emails. This problem should be resolved within 24-72 hours, however, due to this problem, we may not be able to respond to your email for 2-5 days. We are working as quickly as we can to restore our system. We will still be shipping orders within this time frame, but will not be able to email you your tracking information until the system is back up and running. This means that your order may have shipped already, your tracking information just cannot be emailed to you until our email system is functional again. Thank you for your patience."

I am not sure what to make of this but I am upset! I even tried calling the number that shows on my bank statement for doxy lingerie and i have recieved no answer. The owner of this website should be ashamed of running such a horrible business.
