DPD Pools And SK Plastics Replaced Defective Liner with a second defective liner, yet refusing to replace and pay for Installation and water expenses Niagara Falls New York

In July'08, I had ordered a 24' X 52" liner replacement for my above ground pool. Almost a month later, the Liner finally arrives, but after installation and 14,000 gallons of water we noted loss of water level over the course of a few days. As it turned out, there was an open seam where the wall material was glued to the floor material.

After many E-Mail arguements about who would be responsible for the Labor and the water costs, DPD refused to pay for anything else but a replacement liner, but only after some photos of the damage were assessed by their Liner Manufacturer, and Partners of deceit; SK Plastics Corp., in Brooklyn NY.

The replacement liner was eventually sent in early October. The Pool season now over, I once again prepare the sand bed after the damage the leak had caused. The new liner was installed, this time, there's about 10" of excess material after the bead of the liner was painstakenly hung around the circumference of the Pool.

Contacting DPD Pools once more, that outright refused to replace the liner, telling me that they had magnanimously replaced the first liner even though their Partner's in crime, SK Plastics, stated that the original liner defect was installation related.

So now, I'm out a liner and faced with an empty pool frame at the onset of Winter. Many Thanks to DPD Pools and their Plastics Partner SK Plastics. NOTE: If anyone has another DPD Liner story.... I'd love to hear it... DPD claims they never had a defective liner before my two!!!
