DPG Investments DPG Investments INC. Suspended License Internet

DPG issued my friend a contract with a 5 week deadline.
7 months later, they send him not even half of the project, but has the audacity says " You have been costing our company money and where not working on anything else," after months of him showing patience.  

According to the Secretary of State of California and the Fraud Tax Board, they communicated the status of DPG Investments (Agent Dan Galvanoni ) License to be suspended and had been since 2009 and they should not be operating. He contacted Dan about a full refund due the breached contract and only gets degraded, threatened, disrespected, and refusal to give the full refund.
This man is 32 and said he was a "GOD FEARING MAN". Dan Galvanoni is nothing but a fast talking snake.
