DPI Charges too much after 6 months.. CANT SPEAK ENGLISH Carrollton, Texas

We got with DPI Nov. 2009. It was fine the first 4 months. Deposit only $50 and Electric was only $160 for duplex. Then summer hit and it sky rocketed with the bill.. Been turned off 2 times and late cause of other bills.. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH DAM IT.. Then last month i argues with them and got to keep it on if I paid $386. I paid that and they told me that the dis-connect amount will be on next months bill. I said fine. I got a bill for $166.80. I will pay it late.. That was fine..I got this months bill Friday and it was $762.28. WTH................ I was so mad.. I called and and told them to blow it out their rears. Im not paying this.. I got a supervisor that still dont speak English. I told him I will pay $200 and that was it.. NO more I dont have a Money Tree outside.. That is more than I pay in Rent... U R CRAZY.. If anyone pays that for a Duplex.. GO TO H*LL...
I am switching Electricity this week....
