I went to get a cyst removed by MD that shared office and left with a hole in my retina, cervical damage and was lied about. My patient rights and bodily repeatedly violated. She was not fired it arrested. 

I have permanent damage to my eye.  After surgery to repair my retina I developed a macular pucker. Her wrenching my neck repeatedly I develop floaters in both eyes.  I have damage to my cervical spine and severe insomnia since the attack October 1, 2012.  Also gained a lot of weight.  Since the attack my weight has varies 20 pounds up and down -- mostly up.
