Dr Auto Parts.com Sent me damaged parts Irvine California

Dr Auto Parts .com is a ripoff, I purchased a power window regulator for a 2003 Pontiac Grand AM two door passenger side. I received it and it was damaged, the plastic clips that hold the window to the track was broken and the window motor that was on it did not even work, I have called them every day for almost a mounth, you can not speak to anyone it is only a voice mail. I have e-mailed them about 40 times and no responce they have not retured any of my phone calls either. So now I'm stuck with a junk power window regulator that is no better then the broken one I had to begin with. I would not even tell my worst enemy to buy anything from this company. They say on the web site that all there parts are warranty for a year. The web site also said the all damaged parts is between the consumer and the carrier, but I did not purchase the part from UPS and UPS did not damage the part the box was perfect, undamaged so how did UPS damage it? They shiped it out broken,the power window motor did not even work, the hole part is junk so why should I have to try to get UPS to pay for another junk part from this company.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
