Dr. Bizer Vision World ripoff Louisville Kentucky

After reading about another person with problems with this company I decided to include my problems. I also was reading the Courier Journal a few months ago and saw a person with the same problem I had with them in "Let Me Doit" section.

The rip off goes like this or they have some stupid doctors.

I went in for buy one get one free glasses with my wife. They gave me all the eye tests and then sent me over for glasses. I picked out my frames and then went through the hard sell trying to get me to purchase everything including insurance on the glasses.

I was told it would be a few hours and I could return and pick up my new glasses. When I return I told them the one eye was very blury and they said it's because they put drops in my eyes and it would be fine.

The next day I returned and said they weren't right. The guy behind the counter said they were right and that the Doctor?? wrote on the file that I had a Cateract on the right eye and that's the best it will ever be until I have it taken off. I'n 47 years old.

I left that night and the next day made an appoitment with a real eye doctor and had all the tests done over again. There was no Cateract on either of my eyes and the only problem was the glasses were wrong. Matter fact they were so far off my new doctor couldn't believe it.

I returned to DR. Bizers and got the manager and explained it to her and she said they would re-make them. I told her I wanted my money back. They refunded my money for the glasses but would not give me back the money for the eye exam. Said they can't refund the So Called Doctors FEE. So he got paid for a worthless eye exam. This same thing happened to the lady who worte to the local newspaper. So watch out. This is their game.
