Dr Charles B Cook PHD will appear as a friend or mentor to you. He will make it seem like he just
wants to help you get started as a real estate investor.
Its all a scam to get money out of you do he can move on to the next victim.
He formed a contract with me for a real estate investment. Once you give him the money, he stops calling, returning calls or
will keep making excuses as to why he cannot return your principle.
I will have to take him to court, however you
can save your time and money by never entering into any deals with him.
Beware of Dr Charles B Cook PHD, he is a scammer looking for aspiring real estate investors to take money from.
