I received an automatic shipment of the joint advantage gold supplement. I had been on the supplement for 3 months with no noticeable improvement so I called to cancel further shipments and I returned latest shipment per instructions from the company. After 2 months I still hadn't received credit back on my account. I called customer sevice and they had trouble retrieving my account information and said they showed no record of a return. This was in August of 2015, and I have not received reimbursement yet, nor any responses from my repeated attempts to contact customer services by email. I will never purchase anything from this company again and I would discourage anyone else unless you have money to throw away.
