It was time to get dentures, so I made dozens of calls and got quotes. In hindsight I should have reviewed Affordable Dentures and Dr. DeAndrae Alexander in Austin. Now I'm thinking of starting or joining a Class Action Lawsuit against both.

Because I have difficulty hearing, and to show my grandson what was going to happen, I digitally video recorded the "Dental Procedure" of Dr. Alexander, never expecting a ripoff. 3 days later not believing the billing, because I thought I misunderstood, I recorded a conversation with Tiffany and Ursula about the Fake Alveoloplasty procedure and billing. 

Today Dr. Alexander called me an said he would not discuss, nor email any response as to why I was billed $555.00 for what Tiffany said, "...everybody gets the procedure...you can't wear dentures without it..." but they made no mention of it before I was "in the chair".

Dr. Alexander says each patient is different, Tiffany says everyone gets a "Alveoloplasty". They have their lines well-rehearsed. 

How many other people have been naively ripped off? Why wasn't I informed about a procedure everybody who gets new dentures must have?

The lower temporary dentures cause blinding pain, but I no longer trust anyone in that office.
