We were contracted to do a carpet install job for Dr. Dino and his wife CJ’s office space that is attached to their dental office next door” Dr. Dino’s Dental Oasis. They are very personable people, the type that make you feel like family when you first meet them. Let’s just say it’s part of the way they set you up. I can go into so many details and give you guys the whole story, but I’d rather keep it short and stick to all the basics. We came out gave them an estimate for carpet, they liked the style and price and decided to go with our company. A big part in their decision was due to us being a family owned and operated business like theirs.

They decided to go ahead and finance the project with one of our lenders we deal with directly. Over the following weeks, we had some issues with the carpet from our manufacturer. We had some defects with the first roll of carpet and had it returned to the manufacturer as part of the warranty. They were unhappy and demanded a discount. In Return we upgraded the carpet to a much higher quality that they both agreed to. This was a $1200+ value alone. We did this because we valued both Dr. Dino and CJ. They both loved this gesture and at the time seemed very happy. Once the install was complete with the new upgraded carpet we needed to collect on the financing. We trusted Dr. Dino and CJ, we seen that they are very family orientated professionals, and an educated doctor running a successful business. We didn’t feel any doubts. We did most of the communication via Phone calls and emails. Weeks after the job was complete, we get a call from our financing company claiming fraud from Dr. Dino and CJ stating that we had never completed the carpet installation.

That there were damages done and we didn’t deliver. We were in shock, we tried and tried to get a hold of both Dr. Dino and his wife CJ trying to find out what is going on. They never answered or returned our emails and phone calls. We also went to the dental office to speak in person with them, but conveniently their main entrance is controlled via Buzz lock and they would not open. We wanted to see if this was true, we wanted to make sure that they were satisfied but in return we were robbed. We couldn’t believe this, that they would claim such lies. We rebutted these claims, but they kept claiming lies. This was a $6,437.48 Job. A substantial loss for a small business like ours. Digging more into the background of both Dr. Dino and CJ we have found multiple claims like ours from other contractors, one company has lost over $10,000 for work done on Dr. Dino’s dental oasis office. Dr. Dino refused to pay them also. For any contractors in the future looking to business with Dr. Dino and CJ, DON’T……. they will do whatever it takes to get the job done for free, and they will say and do whatever to get their way. As for patients looking to try them out, all I can say is if they handle business this way I can only imagine how they deal with their patients. By reading some of the reviews I can tell that it’s not a safe environment. We are willing to provide ANY documents to prove our story to whom may have doubts.

Defective Product - Wrong Company

AUTHOR: Dental Office - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, September 17, 2020

This company posted false comments about a business that did not receive this product.  There is NO carpeting in our dental office and they were NOT hired by Dr. Dino's Dental Oasis.  The job was sold to a different company in the same building.  The product was delivered multiple times and was defective and poor workmanship.

A deposit was given initially and the balance was on hold because the company lied and said they would give a discount off the final price.  The company never followed through which brought this matter to court where it was paid in full minus the discount.  This dental Office Name or Space had no dealings with this company.  This post needs to be removed as promised.
