I signed up for E-pro Auction for the promo rate of 1.00 in February 2006. I canceled right away, also in February 2006.

Since then, I have been charged 49.95 per month. I just realized this. Normally I'm a little more attentive to my finances, but I've been in and out of the hospital from Iraq complications, sent back to Iraq once I got better, and moved to Germany since this all started. So I've been a little busy. My cancellation confirmation code also has gone missing along the way.

I realize I have no excuse for not paying closer attention to all of this and therefore don't expect to get it all back, but I'd like it to stop. I wouldn't mind seeing a class action lawsuit going that direction, either.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

I would join a class action lawsuit

AUTHOR: Jessica - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 08, 2007

John,
I would also join a class action lawsuit. Dr E-Pro raised their scam from 49.95 to 59.95. I am a single mom and that 60 dollars caused me to not be able to pay my rent! Now I will have a late-fee on my rent at best, hopefully not an eviction notice. These people have done this to so many people, it has to some somewhere.
Let me know if you find out anything on a lawsuit.

I would join a Class Action Suit

John,
I read your report and it is the same as me. Nancy in Port charlotte. I became disabled and did not pay attention to my checkbook and they got away with 7 months of $49.95. I filed with Better Business Bureau and Ripoff Report and they have not sent me another penny. I would gladly join a class action suit against the company. Let me know.

Nancy
