Dr Frank Waldron aka Dr Frank Walker aka Fred Walker claims to be a doctor but I doubt it. Facebook page has disappeared, so-called Cobden Street Clinic in Melbourne is just a vacant flat at Unit #72. Word-of-mouth business, cheap prices but shoddy unprofessional service. Appears to have disappeared or left the vicinity to set up shop somewhere else. Does not appear to be licensed doctor. Beware of this type who preys on the poor and vulnerable. Appearance is probably Asian maybe from India. Speaks English with Asian accent. Short man, about 5 feet 5 inches tall. His English name(s) probably made up, can't locate him by normal means. Might be practising elsewhere under a different name. Dangerous because is likely an impostor doctor who might be incompetent. Will take your money, though!

Dr Frank Waldron left this empty unit on Cobden Street sometime in early December. I am posting pics of the upstairs unit (one with door open) and the vacated space inside. I suspect he is still in Australia, maybe in another part of Melbourne. So you see what is left of the "Cobden Street Clinic". I repeat my earlier warning that he is not a registered chiro. Might have gone back to India, but could still be in Australia here or in another city. Call himself Dr Frank, either Waldron or Walker from what I've heard.
