 I have had over 10 procedures done with Dr. Gary Brownstein about three years ago. I recently had a ruptured implant, and called the office to find out what to do. I was told that the patient care coordinator -Sydney- was not in, and I would receive a call as soon as she walked in the door. It was 2:00pm and I never received a call, so I called back and never got to speak to anyone. Finally, the next day I got to speak with Sydney, but she could not help me as far as the pricing on the removal and I was told that she was going to call me back the next morning. The next morning, I never received a call so I called back and was told that she didn't know because she hasn't spoken with Dr. Brownstein and that I would have to wait... I told Sydney that I was very nervous about my implant rupture and would really like to at least schedule a consultation or something, and I really needed to know pricing so my husband and I could get this taken care of as soon as possible. I was tired of calling back and waiting, so I just went ahead and scheduled a consultation with another doctor. I have had very many surgeries done with Dr. Brownstein and I am an extremely good patient of his. I have had a breast augmentation, breast implants, full body lift, arm skin removal, liposuction, leg skin removal, and the list goes on. I am astonished at the customer service. I cannot believe that a patient who has spent so much time and money with Cherry Hill Cosmetic Surgery could ever be treated so poorly. I would never recommend him to anyone again until he hires a new staff. I feel like I am a very valuable patient of Dr. Brownstein. But thanks to Sydney and his other staff I no longer recommend him and I will not longer be referring him to anyone in the future.I am so hurt at the treatment I have gotten.
