Dr Glenn Prescod destroyed the sight in one eye. Pawtucket Rhode Island

 I went to Dr Prescod several years ago for eye exam. He said I had blood vessel in my left eye that was bleeding into my eye causing me to see spots. He said a laser procedure was necessary to stop bleeding. Several weeks after procedure I began to have trouble seeing clearly with that eye . I could no longer see at night to drive and every thing was "spotty" from that eye. I went back to him and he said that this some times happens with that procedure. I asked him why he din't tell me that the laser treatment could destroy the sight in that eye before he did it... he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I was very upset and distraught. he had destroyed my vision in that eye.  Several week ago I sought the advice of a specialist and he said that there was nothing to be done to restore my vision and that laser treatment had left scarring on my eye therefore destroying most of the vision in that eye. As a direct result of that I cannot drive at night and I only see a dark film and spots in that eye.

When I first went to him I thought he was a good Doctor....however I soon discovered he was an arrogant,pompous greedy man with little regard for his patients. Now I am almost  blind in that eye and it causes me a lot of frustration and stress.
