Dr,. Gregory Bell Medical Financing Fraud and failure to repay Chicago, Illinois

Springstone Financial, aka Springstone Patient Financing, provides financing for elective dental and medical procedures. Dr Bell registered for the program to offer his patients financing on 5/11/2010. On 12/14/10, an employee of the office submitted a fraudulent application in the amount of $9,340. After numerous attempts to contact the office, we confirmed on 1/6/11 with another employee of the practice that they were aware of the situation and acknowledged that they owed a full refund to Springstone. On 1/11/11 the office promised to pay the full balance owed by the end of February. Voicemails and emails to the practice to follow up since the end of February have not been returned. A final demand letter was sent certified mail on 4/7/11. No response to date.
