Alby. He extended his knowledge of the law and illegally took the last of Mrs. Alby's savings of $5,500 and not only did he not complete the work, motions, filings, etc. and then when it came to the hearing he stated that he could not enter the courtroom because he had been disbarred then he was almost impossible to reach, conveniently after he was paid. When we let him know all of the information we had found out he finally got in touch with us and stated that he had a heart attack, diagnosed with cancer and was in Pittsburgh receiving chem treatments forgetting that he told Mrs.s Alby's son he was going to Pittsburgh for a wedding and asked him if he could find a nice diamoind ring for his new wife for the wedding so she didn't feel awkward. Mr. Klaber also illegally works out of his home at the Lexington Club, where it is illegal to run any form of business per the leasing office manager. After hearing that Mr. Klaber was disbarred I took the time to Google his name and more than I had ever thought could possibly be the reasoning as to why Mr. Klaber was disbarred. Apparently he was arrested and plead guilty to extortion charges in the state of Nevada on October 17, 1996. Which means he has been illegally practicing law for over a decade, There I also found sites from 2009 that stated that he was a renowned and respected attorney working in Delray Beach, FL with attorney Dogan Bengisu. Mrs, Alby was a renowned nurse and monarch to her community since she moved to North Palm Beach, FL. She opened countless intensive care units and was flown back and forth from Spain to learn the cutting edge knowledge on hemo-dyalisis equipment, bringing the knowledge she learned back to the US where she trained doctors and other hospital staff how to use the equipment bringing North Palm Beach Cardiac knowledge into the 21st sentry and did not deserve to be taken advantage of by Mr. Klaber or anyone else for that matter.
