Dr Jeffrey Beam Instead of lower I lift, Doctor made my eyes slant down a bit and bags look the same. Glastonbarry connecticut

Went to dr Beam to get lower eye lid bags removed.  He told me he had done this proceedure many times, and that he was doing his mother-in law that month.  After the proceedure he sen me home with instructions and and appointment to comeback to remove the stitches.  During the week I noticed the bags looked the same as before the surgery.  When I went to get the stiches out the young lady acted as though she had never removed stiches and as though it made her sick.  Dr Beam came to remove them and I mentioned my eyes look a little slanted down and my lower lids look the same.  He said that they were still swollen.  I also asked to see my before pictures and he couldnt find them.  Now after 4 years my eyes are slighlty slanted down and I still have lower bags that did not change.  I got ripped off.
