Some of the these actors who are associated with these companies have been referred to in financial publications and court documents as members of the "financial underworld." Some are accused of fraud by government agencies and alledged to have defrauded investors in court cases filed in NY, Wimbledon Fund v. Advisory IP Services, Inc. fka Swartz IP Services Group, Inc., (also the Gallanis's are under federal indictment along with others).
Eugene Scher, former CEO, COO of cascade technologies, David bergstein and Jerome Swartz are alledged to have defrauded investors and are being sued in federal court in Texas. Scher, Bergstein, Cascade Technologies Corp. and Integrated Administration are being sued in California Federal Court. see cases for the Wimbledon Fund SPC.
These and others not mention are alleged to form a nexus of fraud with interlocking directors, investors, members and principals. There have been mention of offshore accounts held by Scher on this site. While I'm not sure these alledged accounts exists, I would like to find out. Also, any information, personal knowledge of these defendant's financial dealings will be appreciated and possibly rewarded.

Eugene Sher, Cascade Technologies Corp., Gerova, Integrated Administration, Advisory IP Services fka Swartz IP Services Group, David Bergstein, Keith Wellner, Dr. Jerome Swartz, Jason Gallanis, Yanni Gallanis, Albert Hallac, Jefferey Hallac, Kirash Kia Jam and others.
Sher, Bergstein, Swartz & Jam are alleged to have defrauded investors and are being sued in federal court in California by Wimbledon Fund Class TT. David Bergstein has been criminally indicted by the Justice Department and the case is being held in NY Southern District. THe Hallac's were indicted by the SEC and then the Justice Department. Albert Hallc plead guilty and is testifying against Bergstein and co-conspiator Wellner. The Gallanis' are imprisoned for these and other financial crimes.
Some of these actors have been branded by the fincial media as The Financial Underworld. These bad actors and others form nexus of fraud and interlocking directors, investors, members and principals. Dr, Jerome Swartz is the disgraced former co-founder of Symbol Technologies.
