Dr Stone this is exactly what you wrote on Yelp. You left me a long message on Yelp yesterday. As well. That's pretty interesting that's the only comeback you have. By slandering my name. Accusing me of suspicious narcotic seeking behavior. For fraud ?? I guess if that makes you feel better. The check was a good Check from an active account. As my husband and I mentioned we gave you a check as a secure payment to comeback and give you the 470. But while you were performing the liposuction procedure you never perform upper abdomen because I started to feel extreme pain. Also I never went back to get the radio frequency. That is 175. So no I don't owe you nothing. I have taken pictures everyday since I left your clinic. The day of the procedure. When I got home I took off my under garment and you didn't perform upper abdomen liposuction. Immediately after the procedure I developed an infection in my lower abdomen. All the work is in the lower abdomen. The proof is in the pudding. Doctor stone please be more professional. You are cussing me of 2 things. Fraud check. That is false. I called west La police department and they didn't find a case against me. As if lapd don't better things to do such as homicides then to deal with your bunch of non sense crap!!And you shouldn't be discussing This here on the web, Social Media. I have been in and out of the ER for car accidents. Herniated disc. I had 6 complicated pregnancies. Diabetes. I had 2 MRI done. Rheumatoid arthritis. Frybomalgia. Tooth pain. I had 2 root canals 1 extraction done. Seriously !!! I have gone though a lot of physical pain. God knows what This feels like to wake up everyday in pain. I'm not a narcotic seeker at all. TO violate HIPPA Law. Also you love to accuse and discredit your patients. You behave like a woman. Only a woman has time to go back and forth with this crap. Why did you wait over a month and a half to file a police report??? I pray to God that if I get contacted by Lapd I will show them all my pictures. Your bad reviews on Yelp. Have you not read all your Yelp reviews. You botched someone else belly and did nothing to fix it. I'm not the only patient you had a problem with. If you can see on Yelp you have a reputation to call your patients liars. I have never ever had a be experience with any doctor. I should've done better research to know that you are not a board certified plastic surgeon. I went in for consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and he told me that you never removed fat from upper abdomen. I wish you the best Dr Stone. God bless you. I have read this review with concern as it is very misleading to the reader. There are multiple false statements. The patient and partner are under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department for a felony offense – bank fraud by knowingly writing a bad check and for suspicious narcotic seeking behavior. It is interesting to note that this individual posted a very positive review two days following the procedure and subsequently changed it for reasons that are unclear to me. For patient confidentiality reasons, federal law prevents me from responding with information about specific patients. If the author of this post were to agree to sign a waiver, then I could respond with specific details about the claims made. Since I cannot, I will briefly summarize Friva’s policies and procedures as they relate to the claims made in the review.

The posting has 8 false statements. 1. “Liposuction only performed on lower abdomen”: false Comment: Our policy is to perform liposuction on those areas authorized in the informed consent. 2. “very bad infection”: false Comment: Patients are given antibiotics prior to surgery, and a three or ten day prescription for antibiotics following surgery. Post-procedure instructions include my phone number should there be a need to speak with me directly. Patients are seen in followup 10 to 14 days following the procedure. Most, but not all patients, take the medications as prescribed and followup with us for post-procedure evaluation and care. 3. “he never answered my calls”: false Comment: Friva has a reputation for excellent followup with our patients. In fact, a member of our staff once drove an hour to give a second prescription to a patient. I enjoy taking care of patients. It is a pleasure to work with honest, hard-working people, and help them along the way to feeling better about themselves. However, as we all know, there are individuals out there whose intentions are not honorable. I am probably more trusting and believe in the good of people more than I should sometimes. I wish I were better at recognizing dishonest people. However, I feel it is better to have a good, open attitude and give people the benefit of the doubt.
