I purchased a Juul device on Dec 30th, 2018. Since then, I have been getting false tracking information and nasty responses from the seller. Since I had paid for it through Paypal, I called them and said I wanted a full refund since obviously, they are never going to send me what I purchased. The tracking info says my order was out for delivery on Jan 18th in my zip code and today is February 18th and nothing.
This is the confusing tracking info they are sending me :

A total rip-off!!
They kept sending me wrong tracking information and saying my order would arrive "soon". Now they have stopped communicating altogether. I filed a claim Jan 25th 2019 with Paypal. Only after calling Paypal numerous times was I able to get a refund on February 18th, 2019, because these scam artists know that if they resend the false tracking number to Paypal, Paypal will maintain the dispute as "open". I went to their website today and it says " Sorry, we're doing some work on the site
