Dr. Kal Klass is a fraud and has the worst business practices. I was looking online for a dentist to do a simple whitening and bonding procedure. I found Dr. Klass, whom is located very close to my residence. During my initial appointment, Dr Klass stated thated that he wanted to do several procedures prior to my requested procedures. Those procedures total over $1000.00. I paid in advance for each of the procedure ( at least 2 weeks before the procedure date).
The day before each procedure was to be done, I would recieve a voice message from the office assistant stating that my check hadn't cleared their account. This was hard to believe, being that the check had cleared my account 2 weeks prior. The doctor told me I had to bring in an additional money order or cash for the full amount, in order to have the procedure complete. Because the process for having the procedure done had already started, I had to stick with this dentist. Needless to say, this check processing situation continued (at least 3 more times) each time I went back to the dentist.
When I finally reached my last appointment with this dentist, and I thought the nightmare was over, and I was finally recieving the procedure that I initially requested. The initial rate that Kal Klass qouted me, had tripled! Not only was this told to me the day of my appointment, but when I complained about the rate change, I was treated like I was the one at fault. Kal Klass was smug, uncaring, and rude. I never completed the procedures I wanted done at the dentist's office. I requested a refund ( which I still haven't recieved).
ALL CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF DR. KAL KLASS (KLASSMAN) !! HE"S A FRAUD!!

The "fraud and fees" claimed by this person do not exist. There is no patient in Dr. Klass's office with this name. His office does work for free every Tuesday afternoon on low income patients and it is possible this particular person was disgruntled after being turned away due to a filled schedule. Dr. Klass has NEVER charged in advance for any treatment. All our fees are written down and cannot be changed at a later date as this ficticious patients claimed. There is no such name as "Klassman".
