I went to Dr. Karim Riskallah's clinic to get a vaccine that I needed after returning from Thailand. I purchased the vaccine for $250 and went to have it administered by the nurse. In the middle of administering the vaccine, the nurse decided to answer his cell phone and spilled the vaccine in the sink. The owner, Dr. Karim Riskallah then promised he would refund my money for the spilled vaccine. After returning to San Francisco where I live, I e-mailed him to inquire about my refund and received a nasty response from him stating he does not feel I am owed a refund because he "had to keep the clinic open late" in light of his nurse spilling the vaccine. Although the doctor that saw and treated me was very kind and helpful, is ic elar Dr. Karim Riskallah is in the business of ripping off patients.
