Dr. Shirley Lai Wah LAU engages in deliberate, wilful and criminal dental negligence.

One of her typical criminal dental acts, which she has done to a few people including my brother, at the Shatin International Medical Centre Union Hospital Oral Centre, is to cut incisal edges off front teeth, canines and pre-molars, and slice off large vertical chips from the enamel veneer of front teeth. She does this in a highly organised and expertly sly and surreptious manner while she claims to be scaling and cleaning teeth. Your teeth will be permanently destroyed. She is trying to force you to undertake cosmetic dentistry services (veneers, bleaching, etc), which will then, in turn, negate all legal claims against her.

We also hear from other complainants that 'Dr.' Lau's deliberate methods of malpractice include damaging existing fillings and restorations, and slashing deep grooves into the base of teeth to encourage new cavities.

She is highly malevolent, unbelievably sick and unethical, and intentionally aims to inflict emotional distress on the patient. She is hard to sue unless you capture her disgusting brand of dental malpractice on video camera as we hear from the many before us, she, the dental insurance company and lawyers will collude to falsify records and x-rays. The whole legal scene, we're told is corrupt, so there isn't any justice after criminal dentists like Lau assault you.
