Dr. Mark Bianchi Dr. Bianchi Doctor Bully that yells, screams, curses, and harasses you! Stratford, Connecticut

I met Dr. Bianchi from a referral and he immediately told me that he could "Fix"  my nose and make it
prettier at the same time for a little extra cash. He asked for $1500. I waited a little over a month because I was saving money for my nose that I had suddenly become extremely insecure about, since me made it seem like a needed to fix my nose to make it better. 

Dr. Bianchi sent to straight to surgery two weeks later without a discussion about my nose at all!

I was stupid for trusting him. When I woke up from surgery I was having an asthma attack and panic attack at the same time. Everything was extremely fuzzy but I remember a nurse moving me to a chair so that she could give me my inhaler and medication to calm down. I just kept asking what did he do to me? My husband showed up and said that he had been pacing outside and no one called him so he came back when he heard me talking loud. He calmed me down and told me I everything was fine. I was so scared because I didnt know what he had done since he left everything so uncertain. He never answered any questions. Looking back, it was pretty foolish to go in blindly but I trusted him because he was a doctor and said he did this all the time. My husband asked a male nurse where Dr. Bianchi was because he was supposed to tell us what he did to me. The nurse paged him a few times and said he couldnt get a response so he was going to call Dr. Bianchi on his cell phone. Dr. Bianchi answered, the nurse said Jordan Ranney wants to speak to you and you didnt answer your pages. My husband got on the phone and Dr. Bianchi screamed Are you f**king
kidding me! Jordan said Excuse me? and Dr. Bianchi said how can I help you Mr. Ranney? Jordan asked what was done to my nose and was told that he had to break my nose to fix the deviated septum, pulled up the skin on the end of my nose and got rid of the ball on the end of my nose. He said that it would heal
nicely, that I shouldnt have any scars, and that I should make an appointment in one month for a check up. 

A few days later I was still having some bleeding and one of the stitches was pulling my skin pretty hard. I think I was supposed to get the stitches out a few days later but they told me I could come in. Dr. Bianchi wasnt there so another Doctor took my stitches out. (I dont remember his name.) He took the stitches out and pulled some huge blood clots out of my nose and said my nose looked good. I told him that I was
worried because I never actually got a sit-down discussion with Dr. Bianchi about how my nose would look or what it looked like inside my throat, but he said that he was not sure why that happened but could not comment on another doctors work so he would have Dr. Bianchi call me. 

That night or the next night Dr. Bianchi called me on my cell phone. He was screaming at me and telling me I was ungrateful and crazy, how dare I make a scene in front of his co-workers and criticize his work. I told him I did not make a scene, I talked to the doctor privately. He said that he heard I was making a scene at the hospital asking over and over again what did he do to me like a crazy person and then I had my husband call him from the hospital, which he also thought was crazy. He was going on and on until I started shaking and told him he needed to stop speaking or I would hang up. He said (very sarcastically) that he couldnt wait for my one month check up, then hung up on me.

Later that night or the next day, he called again and kept asking for Michelle (which is NOT my name). When I told him that wasnt my name he started yelling at me to stop f**king with him. He didnt believe me when I was telling him my name was Jennifer. I was relieved at first because he kept saying that I was lying about not speaking with him many times and about not being there after the surgery. I thought he got me confused with someone else, someone named Michelle; and now hell realize that its me and he did not speak to me much before and never after the surgery. But that wasnt the case. So he started calling me crazy and got really loud and started screaming again about how I I lied about that to the other doctor in his office and he was very pissed about it. My husband was there this time, heard the screaming and took the phone. He told him that I wasnt crazy, that he (my husband) was there before and after surgery and that Dr. Bianchi was not there except for a brief moment before surgery and did not answer any questions then. My husband told Dr. Bianchi that he needed to stop speaking to me like that and realize that he was being extremely unprofessional. Dr. Bianchi told my husband that he was wrong too. My husbands reply was my wife might have been drugged and foggy in the hospital but I was wide awake and sober, I know you were not there. Dr. Bianchi said we were both crazy and I started crying because I couldnt believe how he was speaking to us, so my husband hung up and said he didnt need to put up with that.  The next day Dr. Bianchi called me again. This time he sounded very calm. I told him that if he kept calling me I was going to call the police and tell them he was harassing me. He said he just called to apologize. He said that he felt that I was criticizing him in front of his peers and it angered him. He said that he didnt handle criticism well but was going to work on it. He said that he really wanted me to come in for my one month check up so that he could answer any questions that I might still have. I told him Id think about it and asked him not to call me anymore. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN HE BE? 

I wanted to go to the check up because I still had so many questions.  I still couldnt breathe out of my left nostril and my nose was really swollen, the ball was still there and bigger than ever. I decided to cancel the babysitter and take my kids with me, thinking that he wouldnt yell at me in front of my kids. WRONG! 

When I walked into the office, as paranoid as this sounds, the office manager and assistant were snickering, staring, whispering, and laughing with Dr. Bianchi for the first ten minutes I was there. Theyd look at me, then look away and whisper something. I felt like
a teenager. I ignored them and finally was called into the room. I told Dr. Bianchi that I was concerned that nothing was different. He said I needed to wait six months for the nose to settle and I should be patient. I told him that there was a piece of hard skin where he stitched my nose back together that bothered me when I talked or sneezed. He said I should do the world a favor and talk less. He blew off my questions and told me it looked fine and to come back for a six month check up if I wanted to, but that I didnt have to. 

I made the six month appointment because my nose looks exactly like it did before except that it is a little crooked towards the bottom. I still cant breathe out of the left side of my nose and nothing has changed. He told me he was not going to do anymore surgeries on me.  I was putting on my kids jackets when I realized that Id probably be charged again if I went to another doctor and I cant afford that. I saw him standing at the front desk so I asked him if I could bother him with one more question. He said Sure so I walked over to him and quietly asked him if he thought another doctor would charge me again to fix my nose. He said yes. I said that it wasnt fair that I had to pay twice for something. I told him that $1000 might not be a lot to him but it was a lot to me and I felt like I paid for something that I did not get. He stood tall and screamed I dont like what you are saying and I dont want to hear anymore. Get out of my office. He said that I should know better than to talk to him like that in front of his patients. I told him he was the only one yelling and making a scene. He said he was the doctor and I should just stop speaking because you shouldnt piss off the doctor. If you keep this up I will refuse to see you and your son. I said he was not being professional at all. He screamed GET OUT NOW! (really loud and everyone started looking at us.)
 
My daughter grabbed my leg and asked if mommy was ok.  I called the police, Ive filed a claim. He is a Bully that yells at people, harasses them in their homes, and needs to be avoided if possible.  I want everyone to know what a cocky little bully he is!
