dr martens shoes webshop shoes send different items does not accept returns Shanghai Internet

On 19 February I ordered a pair of boots from the website, http://www.drmartenssale.co.uk.  I ordered a pair of "Dr. Martens Aimilita Boot White+Black Cristal Suede", which was illustrated by this picture on the website:http://www.drmartenssale.co.uk/dr-martens-aimilita-boot-whiteblack-cristal-suede-p-91.html. 

I never received any shipping confirmation letter, so I tried to contact the company through the "Contact Us"-page on the website, asking for details about my order. I never received any answer to that inquiry.

On 4 March I received my order and I was shocked to see that they sent me a completely different item, a cherry red 8 eye boot, this one,http://www.drmartenssale.co.uk/dr-martens-1460-8-eye-boot-cherry-red-p-117.html, which they sell for £81.85 now (and I could have found in any shoe store for max. £70) and I paid for this order £125.

I contacted the seller by email and he tried to convince me that these boots are the "best selling" now on their website and I should keep them and all he can offer me is a "big discount next time I order". They won't accept returns and I also think that the boots are fake.

I searched the internet and found out that they same person, with the same (nick?)name and address committed similar crime in France, in Germany and in the US as well. Beware of Izwy!!!
