Dr. Michael Johnson is a chiropractor in Wisconsin who sells expensive programs to other chiropractors to help them market expensive and involved treatment plans to chronically ill individuals.
Problems start right off the bat with his program when he recommends treatment protocols that are illegal for chiros to perform. He also bad mouths the people he is supposed to helping, saying that getting chronic people to buy into these treatments is "like shooting fish in a barrel".
The final blow to his credibility came when he was asked to honor his refund policy. He refused. No basis for the refusal and the product was returned intact before the expiration of his refund time limit. He suddenly became impossible to contact. Finally after 3 months of calling and writing him he responded and said he would not give a refund.
Recommendation: Avoid any dealings with Dr. Michael Johnson D.C. or his clinic in Appleton or anyone associated with his programs. These include lifechangingcare.com. and http://www.appletonfibrodoc.com/

My office made a mistake in regards to Dr. Robert (Rusty) Dorn's money back guarantee. I could go into the details about how a staff person who is no longer with me made a HUGE error but, ultimately, the "buck" literally stops with me.
I take full responsibility for the mistake on our part. I have apologized to Dr. Dorn and I have refunded him in full. I am very sorry that it had to get to this point but I am happy that it was resolved in a positive manner once I personally looked into the case.

I am the person who posted this report initially.
Since it was posted there has been much that has transpired and I want to set the record straight. When I wrote the post I was angry and hurt by what I perceived as being treated unfairly. After reading my post Dr. Johnson was angered and responded in the same tone as I had set. An understandable response as he felt he was being unfairly attacked. In our ensuing dialog we both realized that there had been an unfortunate pattern of missed communications, miscommunications and just plain, old misunderstandings on both sides. After realizing this, Dr. Johnson was more than gracious and took full responsibility. However, it takes two, and I too dropped the ball at times. I also let my emotions overrule common sense and good behavior. As soon as he realized what had occurred Dr. Johnson was very forthright, upfront and worked hard to set things right. He truly is the man I thought him to be when I was in his program. It is rare these days to find someone who will rise above the fray and do the right things even when it is not the easy route. He is such a man. While I cant unring the bell and make the things I wrote go away, I do want to say that I wholeheartedly and completely endorse Dr. Johnson as a person, his program for what it teaches other doctors and the help and relief
he has brought to thousands of people both directly from him and through the other doctors he has taught. I wish I was still able to be a part of what he does. It is truly groundbreaking and life changing. I also want to say that none of this was written under duress or in response to any threats. Quite the contrary. It was written in response to a good man doing the right things. I am sorry it took this forum for us to realize that there was a breakdown in our communications that led to hurt feelings on both sides. I offer a complete, 6-month, no questions asked, money back guarantee. Robert "Rusty" Dorn purchased my program in October 2010 and he requested a refund in June 2011! That is 9 months AFTER he purchased the program. I have all of his paperwork AND emails to prove it! When I refused to give him a refund, he threatened to destroy my reputation which is what he is attempting to do here.
There have been over 1500 doctors that have been through my program and I have NEVER had a problem until Dorn. I have NEVER endorsed "illegal protocols" and I will NEVER endorse them.
