Dr. Mircale more like a curse Macon nationwide

I recently purchased Dr. Miracle 2 in 1 shampoo and the hot hair growth grease for my hair. while using the shampoo I felt my scalp tingling and I thought nothing about really until I put the grease on my scalp and then it started to burn so much that I went and re wash my hair completely. and over the next two weeks I had so much hair to shed that I now have a bald spot in the back of my head and I have thick shoulder length hair. I am force to wear hair weave now until I can take well grow back my hair in that area. I am so pissed off. I wrote the company and they asked for my information and said that they will send me a full refund but what about my situation
