Considering a repeat procedure with this doctor I stumbled upon this report and felt I should leave a comment as to my experience.  I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Chasan.  The first was in 2001, breast augmentation and my result was beautiful.  15 years later, I still feel the result looks very good, natural and as I requested when I depicted for him how I hoped to look after the procedure.  I went to him because a co-worker had a good result as well.  Its possible something changed I suppose, but the experience on this report is far from what mine was.

John Doe 1 and John Doe 2, Case No. A1500321—due to allegedly false statements made by “Jesus Lives.” In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC (d/b/a RipoffReport.com) for contact information and any other messages that you have posted on Ripoff Report under this pseudonym, or any other pseudonyms, about Plaintiff, to Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP at: 301 E. Fourth Street, Suite 3500, Great American Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.

Please take notice that Paul E. Chasan, M.D. (“Plaintiff”) has filed an action in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (Ohio) – Paul E. Chasan, M.D. v. John Doe 1 and John Doe 2, Case No. A1500321 – due to allegedly false and disparaging statements published concerning him on Ripoff Report.  John Doe 2, using the screen name “Jesus Lives,” is a defendant in named matter.  This complaint is one for defamation per se and defamation against both John Doe 1 and John Doe 2.  Plaintiff seeks the following relief: a preliminary and permanent injunction; declaratory judgment; general, exemplary, and punitive damages; and attorneys’ fees.  John Doe 2 must answer the complaint within the time allotted by the Court.

I know Dr. Chasan from my days back at Palomar Airport and was fortunate enough to have him perform my breast augmantation. I had my proceedure back in 1996 and plan on coming to see him again. He went over and above before, during, and after the proceedure. Over the years I have had so many compliments and people willing to fly out to see him. Although I live in Colorado now I wll be flying out to California to see Dr. Chasan.
