Both my mother and I have had procedures performed by Dr Chasan and we both are disappointed by our results. I had a rhinoplasty in 2002 while a student at UCSD. My surgery required revision by a nationally recognized specialist in rhinoplasty revision.

I asked his honest professional opinion of the surgery as at the time I was unsure as to just "how bad" my surgical result really was. The surgeon was initally loathe to criticize but finally admitted that the surgery was "botched". This has been confirmed by two ENT doctors who have had to treat my recurring rhinitis that likely stems from the initial intervention.

Unfortunately, soon after my initial rhinoplasty with Dr Chasan my mother flew down from Northern California and had a complete surgical makeover. She too was wooed by office and showmanship. There was not one individual procedure that did not leave her far worse on than before. A few examples:

The lip lift scar running along her naso-labial fold veered far off into the space between her upper lip and nose. It looks like she had an accident.

Her tummy tuck scar was ragged, jagged and runs from hip to hip, she had minimal sagging skin beforehand. 

She has the tell tale cat eyes of an upper face lift, 12 years on. Again, she had minimal sagging beforehand.

He replaced her breast implants and unbeknownst to her at the time "upgraded" her two cup sizes. She was mortified. 

Please carefully consider choosing Dr Chasan as your plastic surgeon.

I am a recent and highly satisfied facelift patient of Dr. Chasan and his office and find the comments and personal/professional attacks troubling,unfair & unacceptable that have been posted on this site.I read the attached sensationalism/comments/ links before becoming a patient and was origianlly concerned till I did further research.Thankfully after an outstanding consultation with the Dr. and referrals from other satisfied patients that comforted me I booked my procedure. Luckilly in my case I was able to dismiss the hogwash posted here.Its easy to accuse someone of anything in this world but there is not an ounce of actual evidence that can support these bogus claims and nothing was ever actually proven that could back any of this rubbish up no matter where I looked and investigated online or off.

Not clear why someone would post such outright professional and personal attacks but a number of thoughts come to mind as a business professional myself.I know a patient of the Dr.who had their procedure performed over ten years ago and still looks great and had nothing but years of admiration and appreciation for the Dr.My outcome too has been outstanding even at the early stages now 6 weeks post surgery.

In my opinion he is one of one of our countries finast Plastic Surgery medical practitioners who is fair market priced and takes great pride and professionalism in his work.There are clearly other numerous such satisfied patients for many years from researching other sites and meeting his other patients in the waiting room.

Truth and transparency have an important place in social media.Lies & distortions of truth have no place and are damaging to all business and consumers who are trying to make important educated choices in their lives safely,wisely while also trying to find good value.I endorse and defend this practice and would welcome any perspective patient to contact me personally to show my before and after as well as share so many positive interactions I have personally experienced with this outstanding practice.Have nothing but gratitude for my investment so far.Money well spent.Mission accomplished and look younger!Thanks for letting me set the record straight here.

I was sexualy harrased by Dr. Chasan on several occasion. He would come in high on Marijuana acting like a fool. Be aware,  most of the time he is drunk or high on drugs while performing surgery. I hate his guts for all the sadistic twisted s**t I saw while I worked there. He is the epidamy of unprofessinal. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF, DO NOT TRUST YOUR BODY WITH DR. CHASAN .

You are dishonest. I don't know this doctor, or his work, but you are extremely dishonest. You claim the report says he also did meth, cocaine, etc. I clicked the link you provided and read the news clipping. Nowhere in that news report does it accuse him of those things. All it said was marijuana. You added in meth and cocaine. I hope he figures out who you are and sues you for libel. Liar indeed.
