Having been a loyal patient of Dr. Paul Garcia for 35 years, working in the office of Dr. Barry Rosenthal - Sunrise, FL, would NOT consult with me on work needed, but instead insisted i pay him for his "WORDS". Does loyalty and time NOT count for anything? This behavior is BEYOND unacceptable and borders on incompetence and rudeness. This dentists's ego got in his own way and had he NOT been so unprofessional, might have concluded with a bill of $5000. His loss...My gain....Does a primary doctor ask to be paid before he examines you? If so, there is definitely something wrong with this society. Not even an attorney would ask for a fee before hearing your case. At this point, I have to wonder about his competency as a Dentist, let alone a human being!
