Dragon Court ripoff bullying lying about and harassing innocent customers for no reason Orlando Florida

I was a good customer at dragon court for about 6 years. During that time I went back a few times to get some extra sauce on the side, and I complained about a soup once being too watery or having no taste. I stopped going to the restaurant for about a year and a half and started going back there again. It was appx three months, and I ordered a lo mein. The lo mein was very disgusting and it was drenched in sauce- way too much. It was more like lo mein soup. I called the restaurant back to ask them if they could replace it because it was basically unedible and they said they could.

When I walked back in the restaurant, a tall angry mean looking female employee was just staring at me and grinning in a very cunning and rude way. She then began harassing and yelling at me and telling me that the owner had had problems with me complaining in the past and that I wasn't allowed back at the restaurant. I knew that was a lie as I hadn't even been to the restaurant in two years prior to this, and they were just really mean people and taking out their anger on a customer for no reason.

The employees at that restaurant are very arrogant and rude people anyway from what I had noticed from being a customer there, but the way I was treated was very evil, and I had been lied about and they were just bullying me and I left upset and wanted to talk to the manager about the unfair situation that occurred. Once the manager came to the restaurant, I called to talk to her, and she told me that she had to do the same thing to another customer, and she was rude and wasn't very nice.

My mother then called because she didn't think what had happened was right, and the manager, who thought she could bully a young woman, got scared when my mother called and began lying to her and told her that I was rude on the phone and that I was not banned from the restaurant, and was allowed back there- trying to make it seem like the things I was saying were lies when she was the one lying. She was literally making up more trash about me, just to cover for her and her employees terrible actions, and also say that I was rude, when she was the one that was rude to me and I was polite to her. dragon court is a terrible restaurant, and evil business, run by very evil cunning mean people.

The manager is a very rude arrogant creep, as are the employees there. They bully lie about abuse and harass young college students just because they can, and then if someone else calls they get scared and make up more stories and lies about them to cover up for their sick actions. It's just a really bad business and businesses like these that think they can take advantage of customers like this, shouldn't even be allowed to be open.
