On July 3, 2008 I placed an order for over $2,800 with this company. The notes in the order- Please Call Prior to pulling order for credit card info and shipping instruction this is a Blind Shipping Order.
I received a call gave them the shipping address as well as stated that this was a time sensitive order and needed to be to the customer by July 10th.
They gave me the "free shipping on the order discount" because I purchased from them in the past.
In the first step of the process I made them aware that the shipment was going to a different address and that it was a time sensitive order I was told "no problem". I even worked with them to select product that they actually had on hand in their warehouse (a 2 day process) to insure time would not be lost waiting for items to get to them (they purchase product from other vendors in the off-price network) all the while asking the status of my order.
The day the order was to ship Drawlon Tsang the owner tells me that he won't pay the shipping and that it will cost me an additional $1,600 but he'll do me a favor and pay half. He then took it upon himself to cancel my order and said he is taking a 20% restocking fee. It is now July 22, 2008 and I have not received my refund.
It is not clear if they are having financial difficulty or if they just have bad business practices.
Be careful guys - I've purchased from them before with no problem only to be blind-sided on this one.

Emma Jackson aka.Fraudster accusing others of fraud

This Emma Jackson lady ordered some items on our site, $2586.46 to be exact. She then calls a few days later insisting that everything be delivered within 2 days. With this size of an order it takes 3-7 days to pull (as stated on our policy) and another few days for regular Ground transit time. We notified her once the order had been pulled and prepared for shipment. She had then threatened to cancel this order unless we expedited overnight at our cost. This meant $2200+ just for overnight service. Of course, we just couldn't perform this, and as an alternative just to take care of this situation, and offer what I thought was fair/good customer service, I offered to send her shipment 3 day service, in which we will cover half of that cost if she was willing to cover the rest. She went abusive and threatening over the phone about posting reviews to ruin our reputation both through online means, and bbb. Anyways, we ended up refunding her monies in which she called every hour to harrass us about the refund. Her refund was completed within 1 week.
So as an Accuser, insinuiating we are a ripoff, we received a very interesting phone call from her buyer. He notified us recently that if we knew where Emma Jackson is...apparently the accuser had been ripping off her customers. Victor Le, stated to me today, that he sent her $8000.00 for goods, and only received $3000.00 worth. He is still expecting a $5000 balance of goods or refund. So far, he is not able to reach Ms. Jackson, or her alledged company Jackson Worldwide. She is solely acting as a broker, and never once own any of the goods she represents. This is an okay practice, but she needs to represent the goods exactly the way her supplier has in piece count, quality, and full descriptions. When she provided us a packing slip to insert into her dropshipment order, it was apparent then that she misquoted several times the count (didn't even bother to be accurate), description, and grossly marked up the cost we sold her the goods for.
The way I see it, I wouldn't have posted a response here, but in light of her multiple negative postings about us, and defamations, I felt it a duty to bring to light the true intent of this person. She IS not to be trusted. If she is deceitful to her own customers, then what can you say about the review posted here unfairly against us? even when her monies had been refunded? Too bad for Mr. Le, he's out $5000.00 and without any recourse against this lady.
I've given Mr. Le this link and thread so that he can post here legitimately against Emma Jackson, and possibly bring to light her degligence from the beginning. So TRUELY BEWARE of Emma Jackson, dba Jackson Worldwide. Here are a couple of phone numbers in which she is no longer answering calls... 206-722-5363, 206-334-5363. Be careful, she is not a class act.

July 23, 2008 - Called Drawlon Tsang at Rhino Mart he was "busy in a meeting" I left a message with the receptionist to have him give me the transaction number for the refund he claims to have processed - I never received a callback, email, or fax regarding transaction number.
July 24, 2008 - Called Drawlon Tsang at Rhino Mart regarding the status of my refund and got the run around from his staff again.
Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 7/24/08
Filed complaint with California Attorney General on 7/24/08
