you are the owner of a 1994 330 sea ray ec.  We quoted you a price of $7500.00 to move this boat from fort lauderdale florida to harrison twp michigan.  you went to a broker that gave you a price of $6900.00 . this broker represented this boat as a 340 sea ray sundancer.  for those that know the difference there is a huge price change between these two boats. you hired and unlicensed and uninsured broker that scammed you and me.  the cost difference is in the pilot car fees for transporting a boat that is 13'5"  wide, not 12'0".  Im sorry but i cannot pay for a required pilot car out of my own pocket because your representative screwed up.  why dont you report them?  i got that boat picked up 3 days after we were contracted to move it.  your rep sent a rickety old pickup truck and trailer that the marina refused to load. we transported this in 3 days time.  you were then given a free unload, the use of our hydraulic trailer for 3 days so you could get the boat detailed, then given a free launch into the water. in addition , you were not charged for the rigging and tear down and prep for this boat. that was an additional $350.00. for a total savings of more than $1000.00 and your complaining about me? this discount was agreed upon and said to be satisfactory service? i will now bill you for this as you have broken our agreement . additionally , i am reporting this AAA logistics as an unlicensed broker that i earlier agreed not to by your request.  

 As for "looking high on drugs", i will submit to any drug test any day of the week, month, or year.  I HAVE NEVER DONE DRUGS IN MY LIFE and you are a piece of s**t for even suggesting that. Your effort to have a police officer arrest me was just as pathetic. Its rewarding to have a police officer tell you about the scam that you tried to pull.  too bad for you that the officer is a customer of the marina and he knows all about trying to scam transporters by reducing the dimensions in order to save money. Talk about a cheap skate!!!  you payed $6800.00 for this repossessed boat that retails for $60,000.00 . if you cant afford to play maybe you should buy a smaller boat.  the saddest part of this is i transported the identical boat for your father in law several years earlier for the same price i charged you.  so, who ripped off who? 4 years later and i make the same amount of money.  if anybody wants to know the details please call me @586-855-9019.  Dante, you cant even admit that you wrote this when i called you about it. you are a spineless little man.
