D.R.D. Robert Richards, Prize Announcer Questionable letter sent with unknown motives, but I think it's a scam Westbury, New York

I began to think this was not real and decided to google to see this D.R.D. was legitimate.  Wow!  That's when I saw all the complaints, and decided to add my victim report to hopefully help other potential victims. 

How are these predators allowed to do business?  How did they get my name and how do i get off their mailing lists, and their radar?  These criminals need to be stopped!  They have your name, your address, and who knows what other personal information, so they could be watching you, targeting you, and or following you for whatever other unholy attempts to get at you or your finances.  

What is their modis operandi?  They would come to your home to present your prize and force entry into your home?  This is scary and there needs to be help for the harmless victims.  Please do something.  If they have addresses, why can't the law find them and come down on them.  Why can't they be eradicated out of business?
