I interviewed at this Real Estate Company and after doing a bunch of research as well as speaking to a few of the agents I can tell you that if your a Real Estate Agent you do not want to work there, or if your looking for a Realtor KEEP LOOKING.  Although they had a very nice water front office which Iam sure costs a fortune there was a number of clues that something was wrong.  They claim to have 50 or 60 agents, however looking at their listing boards it would seem that they have more agents than listings which cannot be good.  They claimed to have a telemarketing department and would be providing high quality leads reguarly, however after the interview I asked anouther agent who was there about the leads and was told that the telemarketing department consisted of only one guy, the brother of the owner and that he was barely ever there.  I take it the promise of qualty leads was just a bait tactic to get Agents to move their licenses.  Although they have no desk fees which seems nice, They have no area for agents to work at so your on your own I guess.  All in all it seemed to me that they were a bunch of ameturs as they really provide no back end or agent assistance.  They have some sort of Recuting Commission Structure so that you get paid a percentage of commission on someone you recruit.  This seems a bit like a pyramid schemme and again it appears they just want to get agents to move their license over.  The guy that inerviewed me was nice enough however when I looked his license up as well as some of the other agents on their website no one at the office has more than a year or 2 of experience including the owner who appears to have only been a broker for about 4 years.  Apparently I would have been one of the most experienced agents despite only being in the business for 5 years.  Although they seem to be pretty ambitious their lack of experience, lack of resources and major overconfidence leads me to believe that this is definatly not the place to hold your license if your looking to Sell real estate in the beach cities.  I could go on and on but you get the idea.  If you dont beieve me just look up the licenses of the agents.  All Rookies
