Dream Makers' Marriage Services, Ltd. Premeditated Rip Off san diego, California

I contacted Dream Makers marriage services through their website. they perform legal marriage by proxy registration for couples who are from different countries to save them time on embassy documentation that may take months abroad. They also marry servicemen abroad. Or at least thats what the website says.

I contacted them regarding registering my marriage in Mexico in advance of our wedding,they were very nice and assuring until they received the payment and gave me all the required money back guarantees basically saying" no registration of marriage  in 3 weeks, you get a full refund". I waited for 6 weeks and got nothing.

I contacted them many times, and they failed to reply mostly, except to say it was the vacation season and they are taking time off.

Finally after about 8 weeks i asked them for a refund as per their many back guarantee,they replied that they have taken legal steps (that i don't know anything about) and therefore they will not be able to give me anything back even though i didn't sign a single paper  or got any official paper from them.

Their only claim to legitimacy is the pay pal logo in their website. I filed a dispute claim with pay pal which Dream Makers didn't even humor by a response.
