I ordered a TIVO STREAM from Dream Shop USA.  It was delivered, and I was able to activate it, but later TIVO deactivated the device since DREAM SHOP USA, did not send payment to TIVO.

I talked to aTIVO represenative, he said this had happened before with DREAM SHOP USA.  The customer orders device through Dream Shop, Dream Shop orders through TIVO, TIVO sends the device, Dream Shop cancels account before payment can be made to TIVO, and pockets the money from PAYPAL.  Since TIVO never receives a payment they deactivate the device.  The customer will have to pay TIVO in order to activate the device, which would be paying twice for the same product.

PAYPAL is refunding my payment from DREAM SHOP USA, and opening a security ticket on DREAM SHOP USA.  This will restrict payments to DREAM SHOP USA from PAYPAL.  Hopefully this will stop others from getting scammed and wasting time.

Dream Shop USA They are a scam. I ordered tivo mini through paypal on their site and after they got their money I didn't hear anything back from them about shipping the product and paypal tried to contact them and I still have yet to hear from them. Winter Haven Florida
