Dream Smile Dentistry - Fray Zerafat DDS Review Report Warning San Diego California

Basically the SAME thing happened to me as did Erik (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/284/ RipOff0284840.htm) when I went to Dr Fray Zerafat. He did not clean my teeth even though that was the purpose of my appointment. He refused to clean my teeth when I asked him to over and over. He offered NO explaination as to why he would not. He told me that I needed about $2000 of work done on my teeth and he started to set me up for an appointment before he even explained what he was going to do to my teeth or even why.

He took x-rays that were blurry (I sat their and listened to him and his assistant discuss how they were not good xrays, but to just use them anyway).

When I asked questions about what was wrong with my teeth, he acted as if I was beeing annoying for even asking. He gave me short answers with little details.

The only reason I found out how much $$ the dental work was going to cost after he was trying to force me to schedule another appointment was because asked him and his secretary over and over. The secretery was almost as rude as Fray Zerafat.

When I asked for some kind of print out or analysis of what he had discovered when looking at my teeth, he grabbed one of his business cards and wrote this: "UR-SRP 3FILL"

I immediately asked "seriously, what is this? I have no idea what this means.", so then he got a post-it note and wrote, "12-gum rec fil, 4 quads, 5pr"

I still have his business card and post-it note because I faxed it to my insurance company to complain. (It ends up being pointless to complain to your insurance company.. but I just wanted them to have some kind of record of this rip-off scam dentist).
