Dream Time Limited signed a contractual merchant account agreement on June 16, 2009 with eCommerce Services UK Ltd. From July 2nd 2009 through August 19, 2009 they processed just 45 transactions totaling EUR 11,700. As part of our due diligence, we confirm all orders placed with the customers for new merchants. Out of the 45 orders placed, we were only able to confirm 1 order. Only 1 customer had received their product, he paid only 5 Euros for a watch. This one customer expressed that they were not satisfied at all.
The contractual agreement between eCommerce Services UK Ltd and Dream Team Ltd states the following: The access, merchandise or services described for sale by the merchant must be actually delivered or performed immediately to all users prior to ECS UK or its banking partner remitting these funds. Once the merchandise is delivered to the customer, payment shall be remitted to the merchant. Dream Time Limited said that all orders were shipped via regular mail, no proof of shipment to the customers could be provided.
Due to Dream Time Limited, and its owner Victoria Kathreins inability to abide the terms and conditions of their credit card processing contract eCommerce Services UK Ltd terminated the contract as of 27 August, 2009.
