DreamCo Design of West Dundee, Illinois (Owned by Jason M. Correia and Sean R. McCue) was contracted to build a very important website and database in March of 2008. DreamCo Design remains obligated by contract to have the website complete by August 1st... of 2008.
There are many alarming facts in this case such as:
1. DreamCo Design hacked into the local computers of their client.
2. DreamCo Design installed malicious code onto a domain name owned by their client which was under the exclusive control of DreamCo, which allowed them unauthorized access to hack-in at their leisure.
3. DreamCo Design has not produced a finished website in 1 years and counting.
4. DreamCo Design sales person Dmitriy Pisarev initially reported that the company had over 70 developers working in their office.
5. DreamCo Design has attempted to extort additional funds from the client by attempting to misrepresent the terms of the original contract and denied their responsibility to complete fundamental website components.
6. DreamCo Design has defrauded their client of more than $8,000.
7. DreamCo Design unlawfully removed funds from the client's bank account for alleged services that were never requested, agreed or even provided.
8. DreamCo Design initially agreed to work directly with the client in the design and development of the website to ensure proper completion without delay.
9. DreamCo Design refused to allow the client to see, review or offer feedback about the ongoing development of the website.
10. DreamCo Design and Jason Correia did intentionally breach a lawfully signed confidentiality agreement with the client by publishing confidential information on the internet and supplying an even greater amount of confidential information to a third party.
11. DreamCo Design agreed to keep the work to the client's website within the United States, but later disclosed that the work was in fact outsourced to uneducated developers in INDIA.
The project was to be completed on August 1st. DreamCo Design initially attempted to blame a two-month delay on the client, which occurred when they bounced the responsibility to design the site back to the client. This was despite their sales person, Dmitriy Pisarev initially advising the client in March that they had everything necessary to build the site. Furthermore, in an Email from Zack McBride on April 7, 2009, he writes,
Things seem to be in order thus far it just takes time to map out everything for the developers. I am 100% dedicated to getting your project up and running in the time frame you and Dmitriy discussed. Taking a few extra days to make sure everything is perfect will save us weeks and even months down the road.
You have done a very good job of getting things to me and helping me fully understand the project. I could not ask for a more through explanation of the way things are supposed to work. The time waiting is the hardest part of the entire project. Right now we are in the mapping stage of everything then we can move towards the programming.
I understand that you have meetings with people / investors and they want to see results. Just tell me what you need from me and I will be sure to get them to you as soon as I can.
In July of 2008, DreamCo Design, particularly Jason Correia and Zack McBride, both attempted to extort additional funds from the client by alleging that their contract to build the website did not include the importation of one particular file into the website. An investigation has proven that DreamCo Design has attempted similar extortion attempts with other clients. An Email from Zachary McBride on July 30th demonstrates their extortion effort as follows:
We are on pace here and have continued to work on everything that was agreed upon in the Scope Of Work. We have not neglected anything that was understood to be done by our team.
If the data is provided to us in a format such as a .CSV file we will be able to import the data. If and only if the data comes to us in a clean, accurate, and complete fashion, so that it matches up and integrates with the programming for the site. There will however be additional charges since database importing of data was never discussed or agreed upon.
In the very first Email from Zack McBride on March 27, 2008, he acknowledges the responsibility for, and the existence of, the large file that would need to be imported into the website which they later denied all responsibility for and attempted to extort a large sum of money to import. In Zack's own words:
Dmitriy spoke of a large document with 600 pages or so of categories that will be included here. I will need this document in word form if possible.
In late July of 2008, with no sign of any work taking place whatsoever, a demand letter was sent on behalf of the client insisting that DreamCo reveal the true status of the project including all work as it currently existed at the time, to which a response was issued from Zack McBride as follows:
Our web development process is a complex, detailed, and essentially a proprietary one. Our methods of constructing websites and how we share information with our clients is at our discretion. In order for us to complete your project in an orderly and timely fashion, it is important to prevent un-warranted or mistimed revisions.
Time working on your project would not be best spent with the collection and forwarding of files and documents from our team which are incomplete and some of which would essentially make no sense to you. There are also elements of your project that are not tangible or data related and therefore could never be "distributed." We have reviewed our process with you on multiple occasions. Once the project is completed to spec we will release to you a development link for review.
At that time you will be able to see everything which was agreed to and be able to submit any revisions and or adjustments, pending they are still part of the original agreement. There have been no significant delays on your project on our end, we have not neglected your project in anyway, and if any further detail is needed verbally, feel free to give us a call back. Our process has proven time and time again to be a successful one and we are looked up to in our industry. In that we take great pride.
Dream Co Design told the client on May 30th that the site would not be finished until September because of the alleged delays by the client in designing the site for them. The new September self-imposed deadline quickly turned into October. On October 20, 2008, the Client received another Email notification from Zack McBride claiming:
I wanted to give you an update on the status of the project. We are nearing the final stages of programming and testing will commence in the next day or two. The anticipated date you will have your development link is between Nov. 5th and Nov 10th. I will keep all parties informed of any changes to those dates.
Just a reminder that once the development link is delivered and the remaining balance collected we will enter the Revisions Process. This is when you have a chance to review you site and make any adjustments you feel are needed. For a list of what items are covered in the Revisions Process please review our terms at http://www.dreamcodesign.com/terms.php.
On November 10, 2008, Zack McBride contacted the client again to advise of continued failure on the part of DreamCo Design, with additional excuses as follows:
I know I informed you that you would likely have the development link for your review between the 5th and the 10th. I will be communicating with the senior programmer tomorrow on the matter so that we can establish the remaining items to be integrated prior to my beta testing.
This pushes us back a bit but I wanted to provide you the encouraging news that we have made significant process. Being that we are less than a couple of weeks behind of what we initially anticipated when taking the project on basically puts us right about where we want to be. My testing at times can take a day or two, but depending on if I find errors or not, extend a bit further.
Clearly, DreamCo and Zack McBride had a very distorted perception of what we initially anticipated, considering the August 1st contract completion date. It is difficult to fathom Zack's comment about how the current status puts us right about where we want to be, indicating a clear disconnect with reality. Once he did allegedly speak with his senior programmer, his next response to the client on November 11th included:
After talking with the team they are confident that the final round of testing will start on the 25th. Based on this date I would estimate the project to be in its development link status by the end of the month. This is pending any bugs or glitches that are found.
I will continue to provide updates to you as I get them. I have a working version of the site up currently, if I get permission I will send the link for you and your team to look over. I will not be able to accept any revisions to the site until we reach the development link status. The site is not fully completed but its basic elements are there and working.
In essence, the project went from being 1 or 2 days from completion to needing three additional weeks before testing could even begin, while refusing to provide any reason or justification. Six weeks later, on December 19, 2008, the next Email arrived from Zack McBride, which claimed:
I just wanted to give you an update on the status of the project. The past 2 or 3 weeks have been a bit stagnant for the development team as they have ran into a few issues. We placed a couple of Senior Programs on the team to help resolve the issues and see the site into its completion. With the new additions the anticipated delivery time on the development link is 30 to 45 days if these issues can be resolved in a relatively timely manner.
As always, not a single problem was identified or explained, yet delays became longer and longer. Now, the project went from 1 to 2 days from completion in the end of October to the need for an additional 30-45 days, taking the project into the middle of February 2009. Jason Correia responded to the client's justifiable protest of Zack McBride's Email by offering the following statement on December 23, 2008:
DreamCo Design LLC is a legitimate web design, marketing, and printing company who has successfully completed thousands of projects, many of which are at a large programming caliber such as yours. Another thing I am sure you can notice is that we have a very strong track record customer service and testimonial wise.
At this point we have realized how frustrated you are and have assumed that there really is no way to make you an overly satisfied customer of ours. We do however have an obligation to complete what we have started and are more than capable of seeing it through. You are incorrect in your assumption of your project being outsourced to a third party and we have provided you with updates, files, and noticeable progress.
Though your statements are fabricated involving the time-lines and periods you note I agree with you in the fact that it is taking longer than expected to bring it to full completion / development link and thus this is why we always provide estimated timeframes which are usually very accurate.
I hope in the light of things that if this project is completed 100% to the spec of the scope of work, even if it took 150% of the time needed and not 100% of the expected that you will be happy to a degree that the goal was accomplished despite the many blockades which were put in its way.
What Jason Correia fails to address is, considering that August 1st was 100% of the time expected, the date of his above Email was already 225% of the time expected. As of June 19, 2009, the still-incomplete project continues to clock more than 350% of the time it was contracted to take 15 months after the contract was effected. It is also important to note that a refund has not been issued and has been repeatedly refused.
In a subsequent Email written by Jason Correia on the same date, he writes:
Your project is far from simple and elementary. You know that. There have been parties both here in our Chicago office and members of our DreamCo Design India team which have worked on it. Due to the sheer scope and magnitude of the workload the project has required multiple people to be involved.
DreamCo Design India is NOT an outsource, meaning the project has NOT BEEN FARMED OUT to a 3rd party. DDI's bills, office space, salaries, and all forms of compensation are paid for under and through the DreamCo Design name, though it really holds no relevance at all, whatsoever to your project and its completion.
DreamCo Design did not begin meaningful work on the project until the fall of 2008.
On February 20, 2009, Jason Correia and Zack McBride were contacted regarding their failure to complete the job in the 30-45 days they requested, which had expired two weeks earlier. Amid a series of senseless communications containing insults and excuses, Jason Correia's response included the following:
The hostility you present and have presented since very early on certainly does not make it a friendly and warm relationship however I feel we have a professional obligation to complete, thus your project continues to be worked on. Though you may not want to accept my word it is extremely evident based on our track record, portfolio, and testimonials that we are in fact able to complete obligations, and very successfully though I do admit your project has been about as shaky as one could be for many reasons.
With that said, communication is still important and I grow concerned when I am told that everything is wrong and worthless when it is built around what was asked for and agreed upon. Until the site is released for your review (development link) there may be bugs, unfinished items, or things which are not what they should be, and that is the very reason it has not yet been submitted back to you.
Even in Jason's own words, he affirms that the project continues to be worked on, and admits that your project has been about as shaky as one could be for many reasons, though still refusing to offer one single legitimate reason for the monumental delay.
By this time, DreamCo Design was using a domain name provided by the client for the exclusive development use by DreamCo, which was assumed to be unvisited with the exception of the client. Inspection of the site was finally granted, which demonstrated that absolutely nothing useful had been created, and furthermore, the design content was an absolute disgrace and failed to work at all. This is also the time when the domain name was contaminated with malicious computer code designed to take control of the visitor's computer and allow DreamCo Design to hack into the computers at their leisure.
DreamCo Design was instructed repeatedly over a period of weeks to stop infecting the domain name with the spyware and virus material, to which they finally responded with:
We are not trying to hack you, your website, or anything of that nature. That is not how we operate at all. There was an i-frame tossing an error from a script that was used. You have nothing to worry about. When your site is ready I will send you the development link as I previously informed.
It is important to note that I-frames were never needed, authorized or present on this website or domain name. Furthermore, DreamCo Design was reported to the FBI after evidence of their computer hacking was discovered and authenticated.
DreamCo Design has, to this date, refused to refund any funds paid to them initially or the funds stolen from the client's bank account. DreamCo Design has refused to complete the website they were obligated to complete in the summer of 2008. DreamCo refuses to settle the matter using a legal arbitration hearing. Other DreamCo Design clients with pending and prior contracts have been consulted, and have indicated similar or identical conduct on the part of DreamCo Design, Jason Correia or other representatives of the company.
To clarify, the DreamCo Design standard operating procedure appears to be this:
(1) Tell the client anything they need to hear to get their money.
(2) Agree to work with the client closely in the construction of their website.
(3) Agree to complete the project by a certain date, with no intent to fulfill the agreement.
(4) Finalize the contract and call it a Scope of Work.
(5) Prohibit the client from seeing or commenting on the development progress, so development can continue without any oversight or management whatsoever, and can be delayed as long as they want.
(6) Steal money from the client's bank account and try to get the customer to believe it is for hosting a non-existent website that is supposedly in development, when development is generally performed on a local machine or client server until ready to be uploaded onto a live IP address for testing.
(7) Identify hosting options within the Scope of Work and mask it to appear like a sales pitch for future hosting options once the site development is complete. Use this as justification for stealing $50 a month from the client's account when similar hosting fees by other providers for 1000 times more data and bandwidth is about $5 a month. Refuse to stop the charges and force the client to close the bank account and open a new one.
(8) Provide the client with a Development Link to finally view their own website, regardless of how badly it has been built, or how much it has deviated from the original specifications.
(9) Force the client to PAY the remaining balance BEFORE making any of the obvious spelling, grammar, layout, design and functionality repairs to the site.
(10) Tell the client that the site repairs they are asking for were not covered in the original Scope of Work, and extort additional funds from the client to repair the website, even though it would have been constructed properly in the first place if the client had been allowed to monitor and comment on the progress.
It is highly advised that persons or companies seeking professional, competent and reliable web design or development providers look elsewhere.

MR Jay Correia is a scam artist and suckered me any my team out of thousands of dollars. These Crooks need to be taken down by a federal agency.
I started a project with them about a year ago and it still is yet to be completed. Nothing but excuses. Correia is pinning the fault on me saying I didn't get them the info, but for months hes apologized for it taking so long. Just a crock of an excuse to keep kicking the can to avoid a lawsuit

Walt,
I am sorry for the issues you've experienced with DreamCo Design and everyone involved. I myself have left the company shortly after your project was started and did not manage it nor do any of the work. Not to mention I did not even recieve full compensation from DreamCo Design for this project.
It is very clear that you are an intelligent man and have a great understanding of what you need, unfortunately DreamCoDesign was not able to meet your goals, nor mine which is why I am no longer a part of that team. I believe that Jay should have given you a refund or worked out some sort of an agreement to take care of your time and efforts to get this project figured out.
I remember we connected pretty well as you told me that I was the first to "get" or understand the concept from everyone who you talked with, which is how this all started. Since our last conversation you have been dealing with Zack and Jay, maybe even Sean, but not myself - so I cannot speak for any of the "false" progress reports that were provided to you.
If you are looking for a consultant I would be more then happy to help you out and get your projects on track and help you reach your goals.
Feel free to visit my website at : http://bit.ly/seo-services-for-you-in-312
Wishing you luck and success!

This story is absolutely awful. It's amazing that any company can be so criminal and get away with it. I hope you get them arrested and locked up! How to Prevent Yourself Getting Hacked
AUTHOR: Dk28q3 - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, August 04, 2009
This report is quite upsetting to read as it seems like a truly avoidable situation. There are a lot of people out there who are willing and know how to hack people's passwords, logins and god knows what else though. They are especially dangerous when on the same wireless network as you. I have been writing a blog which I hope will educate people about how to avoid getting hacked - there are step by step guides, and what a hacker would be trying to do, so that you can read and learn to counteract the attack by understanding them.
I hope it serves some use to people out there: http://hackingforwindows.blogspot.com
If you have any questions or problems you can also post there and we will try to help you out as best we can.

DREAMCO DESIGN: And their response?.....SILENCE

SUBMITTED: Monday, July 27, 2009
It should be observed that one month has now passed since DreamCo Design /Jason Correia was issued the challenge to respond to the specific issues and accusations above.
As has always been the case when pressured for truth or facts, Jason Correia, Zack McBride, Dmitriy Pisarev and their small team of fellow conspirators of fraud remain silent and refuse to respond.
As soon as the webmaster of RipOffReport gets around to it, photos of the clowns at DreamCo Design in their tiny little office space will be posted within this report. Of course, the photos don't show much more than 4 people caught off guard, goofing around on their computers clearly instant-messaging their friends. I'm sure all the companies waiting for their websites to be completed will be very interested to see these photos.

A REPEATED CHALLENGE FOR DREAMCO DESIGN TO RESPOND TO ACCUSATIONS AND FACTS.
AUTHOR: Dreamco design customer - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, June 28, 2009
The above complaint draws attention to a number of issues. However, Jason Correia (the owner of DreamCo Design) - a 24 year old kid deficient in morals, honor, dignity and integrity - refuses to offer you, the potential customer one single reason to believe his endless hyperbole. Those of you who have ended up reading this rip-off report by attempting to do research perhaps hoping to find a competent web design company - should carefully review all of what has been reported above and the manner in which each issue fails to be responded to, so that you can decide for yourself if you really want to risk your business with these juveniles.
Let's take a moment to review the latest DreamCo Design (Jason Correia) response above for accuracy...
(1) JASON CORREIA:
"Any party concerned about the post or curious to see the truth behind the matter can easily look into the situation by reviewing documented facts, timelines, history, and open reports on the subject as previously noted"
RESPONSE:
(A) The abominable timeline has been clearly identified with the report above, and still remains undisputed. The history is also clearly stated above and remains undisputed. The "documented facts" also appear within the rip off report above, and without any supplementary facts offered by DreamCo Design, the above-stated facts are transparent enough for anyone to understand.
(B) It is impossible for anyone to "look into" the situation without DreamCo Design further breaching the confidentiality agreement- because they are prohibited from allowing anyone to see the specifications or the actual website that they were supposed to build. The mere claim that potential clients can just look into something which cannot be looked into demonstrates how foolish each of DreamCo Design's responses have historically been.
(C) In Jason's earlier response from 6/23/09, you can see where he attempted to have readers believe that the BBB report was closed, stating: The client filed and LOST a BBB case which was raised against DreamCo Design. Now in his last response he acknowledges that the report is open. Another very mysterious mis-statement of facts. Every lie circles back eventually. (Oops)
______________________________
(2) JASON CORREIA:
"The project is ready and available for the client and the contract fulfilled. The client does not have the ability to pay for the remaining funds and instead insists on posting direct threats and attacks to carry us down to his level."
RESPONSE:
(A) Jason wants readers (potential future victims) to believe that he is operating a professional company, however you can clearly detect the defiance in Jason Correia's own words. Note the perception Jason has of his own client. Also note Jason's preposterous claim that his contract is miraculously fulfilled. (Perhaps this refers solely to the client having fulfilled his part of the contract) Jason's claims of course are stated without any mention of a completion date, the existence of their so-called development link, or an invoice.
A reader should also wonder why a client would go through the time and the trouble to file a lengthy and detailed report including countless responses and rebuttals to the Better Business Bureau and on Rip-off Report if the client simply couldn't pay the invoice. And the motive for filing the reports would be? Also note that the client, who allegedly doesn't have the ability to pay, has agreed to a legal arbitration hearing while DreamCo Design refuses. The facts are difficult to dispute.
Furthermore What client should be obligated to pay ANY additional money to a company that has hacked their computers, given away company secrets, failed to complete a simple website with a database, stolen money from their bank account, attempted to extort additional funds for a task that is inherent to the project, and still refuses to this very date to provide a working website that meets the design specifications? Does Jason M. Correia seriously stand by his story?
(B) The website is definitely not "ready and available for the client" as Jason claims. The last correspondence received from DreamCo Design was in THE BEGINNING OF MARCH, 2009. (March 11th to be exact. That's more than THREE MONTHS AGO.) The Email received that day was from Zack McBride, after he and Jason were confronted about the evidence of their computer hacking, which stated:
"We are not trying to hack you, your website, or anything of that nature. That is not how we operate at all. There was an i-frame tossing an error from a script that was used. You have nothing to worry about. When your site is ready I will send you the development link as I previously informed."
(C) The domain name that was being used for development - which DreamCo also used to upload malicious software to the client - was completely disabled and all files were removed by DreamCo in March. A month later, after zero activity or correspondence, the domain name was transferred back to the control of the client for security purposes. However- in response to the client's BBB complaint, Jason Correia attempted to confuse and distract the BBB representatives by providing a new link to a (dysfunctional) web page on their own domain name. This again clearly violated the confidentiality agreement in effect by intentionally publishing confidential information on the internet so that it could be visible by unauthorized personnel. However, this new web link showed only a single visible page. Attempting to click any of the links on that page returns only a screen of programming code errors.
(D) This website was inspected while it was supposedly in production over the winter. It was utterly pathetic in all respects. It looked like a child taking HTML 101 in high school had attempted to build the site prior to the onset of his first class. With DreamCo Design acknowledging that they clearly understood the scope, functionality and importance of the web design project initially, the fact that they would present such a primitive looking website was mortifying. Almost every aspect of the site's intended functionality and navigability had also been driven off a cliff.
The website makes use of a sign-up process which employs a sequence of about 50 questions. The instructions were to create a series of pages with a few questions on each page... like you experience on any normal website. The obnoxious DreamCo Design people instead elected to make one monstrous web page that was literally about 40-50 screens tall, cramming every single sign-up question onto that one page. Not only that, but almost none of the questions' menus or options were correct or complete. This is how DreamCo Design distorts a client's original job specifications for the purpose of extorting additional money from the client. They lock you out of your own development so you can't see what they are building in seclusion so they can slap together a disastrous mockery of your website with pirated code and then make you pay even more money for them to fix it and claim that your changes (repairs) are not part of your contract.
To be perfectly clear about the website that was inspected this past winter: Even disregarding for a moment how disgusting the appearance of the site was, at no time did this website ever come close to meeting the design specifications agreed upon by DreamCo Design. As a matter of fact- after almost A YEAR of development, there was not one single aspect of the site that worked or looked the way it was designed. If one or two novice programmers were to duplicate the website from scratch as it appeared the last time it was inspected, this would require approximately 4-5 DAYS of work.
For the record: DreamCo Design does not create a client's website from scratch as they initially tell the client- even when they denote custom designed in their own contract. What DreamCo does do is re-use pirated ASP, HTML, JavaScript, etc, from other websites, other developers and other projects. Even their prior employees have indicated this actuality when explaining their job duties on their current resumes. This is why DreamCo Design farms out client jobs to India. It doesn't take a Computer Sciences degree to pirate a bunch of code and then change a few numbers, pictures and parameters here and there.
(E) If one single word from the above report is in fact, "legal-worthy slander," then FILE A LAWSUIT. (You may want to go ahead and look up that definition)
In summary, Jason Correia owns DreamCo Design of West Dundee Illinois, a Florida corporation. Jason has been responding to the complaint against him and his company above. In true form with every other scam artist and criminal, he has eluded direct responses to all of the allegations set forth against him. Once and for all, perhaps Jason Correia, Zack McBride or Dmitriy Pisarev would like to respond to each of the issues and allegations that have been presented here. Once again, some of the issues that DreamCo Design refuses to address, which await a response are:
(1) Was DreamCo Design not in full control of the client's domain name that was assigned to DreamCo Design for development of the website in question?
(2) Did the domain name used for development in fact contain malicious code?
(3) Explain the use and functionality of the malicious code that was forcefully downloaded and installed onto your client's local computers.
(4) Go ahead and tell the readers what an i-frame is, and explain how it works and how you feel it installs trojan viruses and spyware on a victim's computer.
(5) Identify the files that were stolen from the client's computers.
(6) Did DreamCo Design not agree to perform all development of the site in a secure environment with a username and password?
(7) Did DreamCo Design not agree in advance to use only domestic labor for the development of this website and prohibit any part of the project or project information from being diverted overseas?
(8) Did DreamCo Design not provide the BBB with access to confidential client information?
(9) On what date was the client's website allegedly completed?
(10) On what date was the client notified that the website was complete and ready for inspection?
(11) On what date was an invoice sent to the client for the second 50% payment?
(12) What record exists of the client's refusal or inability to pay the remaining balance?
(13) What was the date of the last Email or other correspondence sent to the client by any person at DreamCo Design?
(14) Endless issues and problems were claimed to be the reason for the monumental 10-month ongoing delays, despite DreamCo Design having built many other sites like yours. Why not identify one or two of those problems and issues- for argument sake?
(15) Identify one single line of text quoted in the above complaint written by yourself, (Jason Correia,) Zack McBride or Dmitriy Pisarev that is not 100% accurate.
(16) Did DreamCo Design accept payment from the client for over $8000?
(17) What was DreamCo Design's response to the client's demand for a refund?
(18) How many charges Did DreamCo Design process against the client's credit card account since March of 2008?
(19) Did DreamCo Design not insist that before any work could begin the client must first transfer his own domain name to the control of DreamCo Design?
(20) Did DreamCo Design not attempt to separate the client's project into two parts one that was covered by the Scope of Work and one that was not?
(21) Was the project not identified to the client in October 2008 as being one or two days from completion?
(22) Was the project not contracted in March of 2008?
(23) Was the project not contracted in writing to be completed before August 1st of 2008?
Once all of these questions have been responded to in an intelligent manner, and by a person who can take accountability for his own actions, perhaps then this situation can be better understood by those people that will be reading this report for the next hundred years.
One final note: Jason Correia claims, DreamCo Design retains the highest possible BBB score in our industry. First, they bought their way into the Better Business Bureau less than a year ago. Second, the BBB will not handle complaints filed by one business against another business. Therefore, a web development company that provides practically all their services to other businesses is unable to receive complaints via the BBB system. Therefore, the BBB scoring of their company is entirely irrelevant and without any merit whatsoever and should be discounted accordingly.

The statements above are that of legal-worthy slander.
Any party concerned about the post or curious to see the truth behind the matter can easily look into the situation by reviewing documented facts, timelines, history, and open reports on the subject as previously noted. My word, nor Mr. Reiss' should be needed to reach any logical conclusion when reviewing the matter at hand.
The project is ready and available for the client and the contract fulfilled. The client does not have the ability to pay for the remaining funds and instead insists on posting direct threats and attacks to carry us down to his level.
DreamCo Design will respect the obligation of our contract and the protection of the client's project however all items posted as public can easily be researched.
We sincerely apologize to any party who finds the clients comments offensive.

More dreaming from Jason Correia of DreamCo Design...

Fox News? That is hilarious. So they really do scan this site? You should have kept that to yourself, but hey, it's nice to know who called from the 630 area code.
You never know when to shut your mouth and do the right thing. Keep on masquerading as a legitimate web development company, Jason. Now everyone can read the truth including your own words as accompanied by the entire project's timeline. It's amazing how you still refuse to apologize for anything you did or did not do, Jay Correia. Also amazing how you offer not a word of justification as to how you claimed to have the website finished (three months late) back in October, yet the following JUNE you still have nothing to show. Pathetic, my friend. You want people to believe that you are a legitimate web development company? Run by a 24 year old con artist? Very funny. You should have picked more of a pushover to rip off if you were hoping to keep your criminal activity and incompetence quiet.
How about responding to ALL of the claims in the preceding report, Jason? Breach of contract? Breach of confidentiality? Uploading malicious code onto the domain name? Hacking your client's computers? Stealing money from the client's bank account? Breaching your own development contract? You keep repeating the same rhetoric over and over, yet never defend your actions. Has the FBI been through your office yet? Apparently not, or I would think you would be walking around with tape on your mouth and your fingers glued together to keep from saying or doing anything else even more profoundly stupid.
That active Better Business Bureau case you referred to still shows that a letter for arbitration was sent to you, but you still refuse to respond or arbitrate in a legally binding proceeding. Having done absolutely nothing wrong as you say, one can hardly imagine what you have to fear from such a proceeding.
That's very funny about the client not having the money to pay you the remaining balancefor services never provided... as if anyone will ever believe you again.
Consider yourself publicly notified that you have repeatedly breached the confidentiality agreement signed by yourself last year by publishing unauthorized, confidential material on the internet, supplying it to a third party and failing to protect confidential information as obligated by that contract. Of course, it's quite clear that you perceive there to be nothing about any contract that you enter that applies to you, but realize here and now you will be held fully legally responsible for all past, existing and future breaches of the confidentiality agreement.
What you fail to realize in each of your ignorant responses is that a few things are evident here: Everything said about you and DreamCo Design in this report is truthful and accurate and cannot be construed as libel, vilification or defamation of character. You however, continue to make matters endlessly worse for yourself every time you touch your keyboard. Your comments continue to defy all logic and contain absolutely no truth. I'm particularly disappointed that you've done such irreparable damage to your own image and reputation that you can't possibly make enough money during your lifetime for me to be able to collect on after you lose your trial. (Except for that house you and your new wife Jana just bought two years ago down the street.) Make d**n sure you don't miss any mortgage payments. I want a clear title when it goes up for sheriff's sale.

HOAX - false report | claim from known specific client
AUTHOR: Dreamco Design - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, June 23, 2009
The posting above is a complete HOAX and a false-report posted by Walter Reiss of Shumomo. (Shumomo.com)
The client is unable to pay the remaining balance owed to DreamCo Design for the completion of the project and has openly retaliated by stating nasty demands and attempting to open up cases.
- The client filed and LOST a BBB case which was raised against DreamCo Design.
- The completed development link is available for the clients review.
- Logged communication & the BBB case can be submitted as proof to any party.
- DreamCo Design retains the highest possible BBB score in our industry.
The cornerstone of our business is doing business with customer service first and basing everything we do on a moral and ethical guideline. The proof is in the pudding. We have countless testimonials, referrals, and references to speak of our good work which in turn diminish the statements above. We are proud to develop sites that look great, function well, and actually get found and used online.
Again-
Full and documented evidence can be provided to any party who questions the legitimacy of the statements above. We stand behind our work and take any of these claims seriously.
Furthermore, Mr. Reiss either hired or changed his voice on a voicemail which was left for our company over the weekend to point out this message. The message, which he states he is with Fox News, has been saved to further emphasize how sinister and fake this issue is.
