At the end of November I ordered $125 worth of merchandise from DreamEyce Studio.  I spoke directly with the business owner, Emily Godlevsky, about my order and I let her know that I was ordering Christmas gifts for my family.  

About a week before Christmas I contacted Emily to find out the status on my order.  She didn't respond and after several attempts to reach her through email and Facebook message I eventually got her attention by posting on her Facebook business page.  She told me that she did not know my order was meant to be a Christmas gift and would not give me a date that my order would be finished.  I asked her for a refund so I could find another option for Christmas gifts and she informed me that she had already spent the money I had paid her and didn't have the cash to issue a refund.

Obviously this is mindblowingly bad business but I let it go and asked her to send me what I ordered as soon as possible.

In the middle of January I still hadn't heard from her so I made attempts to contact her again.  I eventually had to go through a personal friend of hers who actually runs most of the business for Emily.  I was told that my order would be ready soon but was not given a time estimate despite asking for specifics.  I was given a good number of excuses as to why she hadn't finished my order or made any attempt to contact me including some personal issues and a lack of internet access.  I told her I would be fine with all of that as long as she could tell me when I would get the order.  She refused to give a date and ignored me after she had issued her reasons for being so late in responding.

At the beginning of February I made more attempts to contact Emily yet again, at which point I was finally forced to get her attention by posting publically on Facebook about the issue.  I got the following message from her:

I'm trying to have the pieces out before next week. But I am disappointed in your bulling. I understand your frustration, but kicking someone while they are down and smearing their name is cruel. To say the least.

Emily repeatedly tried to blame me for her incompetence.  I told her she had until the end of the next week.  I wasn't particularly surprised when that date came and went.

Last night I made yet another attempt to contact her business and had the following conversation with them:

    Just so you're aware, Christina? The backlogged pieces are all work from last summer that I (Cait) have been posting for Emily. She tilld oes not have home internet.

    I am very sorry your piece have been slower than you would like. Frankly, if Emily had the money, I would have refunded it to you. She does not. The threats and constant barrage of demands do not help anything.

    You can ay whatever you like, but it only slows things down when I have to interrupt Em to check on the status of your order. You've abused this, and further messages will not be responded to.

Abused this? Are you kidding? Emily abused this when she spent the money for a product she hasn't fulfilled yet. That is some seriously bad business practices there. Are you all licensed to practice business in the state of Texas? Would they be interested in hearing about how you operate?

I expect receipt of shipment OR a full refund by the end of the week.

I don't know if I'm ever going to get what I paid for but I'm hoping this report will save somebody else from this woman.  She deletes all the negative comments posted on her business page but based on what I have seen before she deleted posts, I am not the only person this has happened to.  Please beware of DreamEyce Studio and Emily Godlevsky.

At any given point, Emily, your page has several negative reviews from people asking where their order is.  You delete them almost immediately.

You send me a refund on April 4.  This was after months of me asking for either the product that I had ordered, or your refund.  And you *never* told me "it is just going to take longer".  You always said you were sending things out "within the week".  MONTHS passed without another word from you.  People who had ordered from you in the past told me that you do this all the time- take orders without fulfilling them, or take months and months to get an order out. 

Sorry, but this report is completely deserved.  You can't just take money from people and claim that it is their fault for not waiting long enough.  You have people asking on the DreamEyce Studio facebook about orders they made a full year ago.  

So how long are people supposed to wait? 

And as far as your personal attack on me being an "internet bully".  Well, this is my first and only rip-off report.  I have better things to do than bully people online.  The only thing I respond to is when somebody steals money from me.  Which you did, until I made enough noise for you to return it.

Christina Boling is a known online bully who recieved her full refund yet continues to personally harass me. I'm ashamed of her behavior and hope she will choose to do the right thing in the future when faced with a frustrating situation. 

The order she defaulted on due to my personal life delay of adorable dog art jewelry pieces has been donated to a pet rescue charity, who were grateful for the contribution for their fundraising. 

In over 12 years of selling custom and hand-made dog art jewelry DreamEyce Studio has only recieved only this one negative review, with hundreds of happy, returning customers from around the world who adore their DreamEyce art pieces.
