Dreamhost Webhosting The Nightmare using Dreamhost Webhosting Internet

I was going to start a website to sell a Forex Trading how to class.I purchesed a Domain Name and then went to admin panel to start building my website and realized they don't use C panel but have there own panel to use that i was not familiar with.I started trying to use there panel with no success i sent a Email to support after 24 hours or so i got a responce sending me to Faq site which was not any help.I sent another E mail asking for help and was sent to another site which was no help either.I sent another Email asking for a refund and to cansel my webhosting because i could not use there hosting panel and could'nt get any help from a real person.I recieved a responce that they do not give refunds so i had paid for a whole year of hosting because they don't have a pay by the month plan now i see why.So i tried for a week to figure out how to transfer my files for my website to no advail I finally gave up and went to another webhosting company to build my website.A year went by and i looked a my bank statement to see a charge for $120 from Dreamhost for another year of hosting I sent them a Email 2 hours after they had billed me to have the charges taken off there responce was they don't give refunds but would give me credit if i wanted to use there service again later like I would ever use a company that treats people that way.Thats the problem with using a credit card online people think they can charge you when and for whatever they like and i don't know if my bank is going to take off the charges or not.BEWARE of DREAMHOST.
