On 6th of August 2015, I was browsing Google to find stock images. Dreamstime.com shown up and was showing an offer of 0.03$ for 5 photos. It was cheap and so entered my card details and bought it. Then, on 10th August 2015, my card has been charged 39USD saying I have subscribed.
Problem and Suspects:
1. I never subscribed, I'm d**n sure about it.
2. I tried contacting dreamstime.com with no response. Now if they come and argue that I have been auto subscribed, why was I charged 2nd time within 5 days? doesn't monthly subscription means 30 days?
Anyway I made the 2nd point because I await how they will try to fool. The real question is, I used my card once to purchase something from dreamstime.com and they made an unauthorized charge out of my card. They should reply back and refund.
Note: I'm an online marketer and used 1000s of websites to buy various digital and physical goods, I know the difference between subscription model and one-time payment. In this case, I'm very sure, I wasn't presented any subscription model payment.
