Company poses as Dr Dre Beats online store. Everything is in English and looks legitimate. When I ordered some headphones (10/27/2014) that my son found on their site. The transactions showed as failed so I tried again it failed. So I thought it may have been my card so I tried again with a different card and it failed. I further investigated it and checked my account on their site the 1 transaction failed, 1 showed pending and the third processed! I went into the contact site it only had an email to contact manufacturer I sent them an email reporting the transaction issues. I waited an hour or so and never received and answer. I checked my bank account I had been charged by a totally different company Persunca a few dollars more than the product was shown plus there was a charge for international rate. RED FLAG! I called my bank to let them know this was an unauthorized transaction and I did not recognize the company in the description it has been temporarily reversed out and is under investigation. I immediately panicked and rechecked the site it came off as Dr Dre Beats site and it was all in English, no where in the site did it state it was in another country and no where on the site did it show the name that showed up on my bank account PERSUNCA. I emailed off the site again and I stated I did not want the product and not to send. I have never received any responses to any of my emails. I researched the name as it was charged on my account - HTTP://WWW.PERSUNCA.CO BEIJING CN - It showed up as a women's dress site for bridal gowns. I tried again to contact this illegitimate company selling fake Beats and never got a response. The package came today 11/15/14 - and unfortunately before I inspected the packages address from shipper I had signed for it - it was from China! The package was marked Clothing and Shoes as content, obviously because it is easier for these scam artist to get illegal electronics through customs - the product are cheap knock offs portraying Dr Dre Beats headphones. This is illegal it is Trademark Infringement. Totally deceitful and very much a scam. After further investigating their site it show you can return the product on your own dime which would cost approx. $40 to ship and they enforce a 15% restocking fee. So even after I immediately tried to stop them from shipping this junk stuff they sent it anyway. So right now its being investigated by my bank as an unauthorized purchase because I did not recognize the description of the recipient of my money, plus the additional charge. I have also contacted and reported to the Lakeville Police here in MN and I have contacted the Local Post Master. I believe Beats by Dr Dre needs to know about this Trade Infringement and how this company is using Dr Dre's site as their own and selling cheap fakes and making it look like a legitimate US site. Right now I am at a loss of what to do. Because they charged me $155.28 - even though its being investigated and I did try immediately to stop it from the site.
