Dress Sale Masodressgroup Lied, ripped me off, sent damaged goods China, Hong Kong Internet

I ordered a dress, paid for expediated shipping and insurance. They charged my credit card right away. I needed the dress for my sons wedding it didn't come and it come. No way to contact them but chat or email and every time you would get a different answer and it would ship by 10/10, 10/11 and no problem be here for wedding that was 10/15 and giving me 5% off and 10% off. Didn't get it then shipping 10/12. Still no dress and finally they stated wouldn't be here in time I'm out 195.50 and no dress and 1 day and no money to get anything. Back and forth we went bigger discounts etc. Finally I said cancel my order and wanted refund. Dress arrived 10/21 from DHL and damaged and won't give me label to send back want me to pay and won't give me refund. Paid through PayPal and they won't help me either stated doesn't fall under the protection and my bank won't refund my money either. After all the lies certainly not paying to ship it back and be out more money and still don't get refund. They are liars and no way to get a hold of them.
